    The tax accountant didn't file my federal & state personal income taxes. She charged me to process both state & federal income taxes & I paid her to submit both state & federal income taxes electronically. Weeks later I still hadn't received my state or federal refunds. My tax accountant gave me the phone number to contact the *** "Where's my tax refund". They said they didn't have any information to process. I contacted my tax accountant again & she didn't have an explanation for me. Days later when I called the *** "Where's my tax refund" again they said they received my tax **************** would take four to eight weeks to process my income taxes. I contacted my tax accountant again & requested a refund for her failure to electronically process/file my state & federal income taxes. She said she would mail me a refund check. After two weeks no refund check mailed to me. I left a message for her to contact me. Her Mother, the owner of Integrity Tax, called me & was angry that I expected a refund. She said her daughter made a simple mistake & forgot to electronically file my state & federal taxes. I believe that if I hadn't followed up with my tax accountant about filing my state & federal income taxes that she wouldn't have filed them at all. In my opinion negligent service from my tax accountant with Integrity Tax.

    This matter has been thoroughly reviewed, and it was confirmed that all tax preparation and filing services were completed in full. While a brief delay in the electronic submission of the returns occurred due to a system issue, this was promptly identified and resolved without any penalties or adverse consequences for the client.

    As part of our commitment to exceptional service, our tax accountant went above and beyond by traveling to the clients home to provide personalized assistance with their tax preparation, ensuring the process was as convenient as possible.

    Additionally, it should be noted that, due to inappropriate interactions and behavior during prior communications, a decision was made not to offer services to this individual in subsequent years. Maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both clients and staff is a priority for our team.

    We value the opportunity to continuously improve our processes and remain dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality services to all of our clients.
