    I paid for services that should have been rendered and completed in a timeframe so I wouldnt have any repercussions but, ************************** failed to do so. The few times that I were able to actually have an appointment with her ( which is very difficult/stressful Because the majority of the time they do not answer your call. When I leave voice messages, they do not return my call and do not have the decency to respond to emails either. Also, there has been times when her assistant, *******************************, schedules me appointments with ************** and on a few occasions when I get there, shes not there (and they didnt even have the decency to call and let me know she wasnt going to be there). Which has been a hinder because on many occasions, I have rescheduled and adjust my day to fit the appointment that was given me to meet with her.. When we do actually meet, we go over the same thing over and over (each. Meeting) , ************** tells me everything has been completed, I tell her no I still get notices that my taxes have not been file AND.. She have not dissolved the Non Profit as she said. Then she have her assistant *************************** pull my file to discover what she told me she completed, versus whats in my file, versus whats on her computer all differs. I have given **** ********************* multiple opportunities to complete the services she committed to But her lack of concern/negligence/lack of rendering the service has proven, ***** ********************* and her Business: Wealth Management Financial Advisors to be Untrustworthy! Unfortunately, I am reaping the repercussions of her negligence and the lack concern for Services she Shouldve rendered and completed in the timeframe she committed to but failed to do so! I am requesting ************************* and Wealth Management Financial Advisors to pay all fees and interest that accrued due to the lack of ************************* and her Business Negligences during this Stressful Ordeal caused by them. In the past week i mentioned in my emails to her, Im considering seeking Legal actions against them. and since then, Ive gotten a couple of spam Emails from her.

    I am writing to you today to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration Miss ****************************;have experienced with our recent service. We take all customer feedback very seriously, and we are committed to resolving your issue promptly and effectively.

    Miss PLEASANT hired our company to complete her taxes 2019-2022 which was done. It has been very frustrating for Miss ****** because the *** owed her seven thousand four hundred and one dollar ($7401.00) on her 2021 taxes.  ********************* was told  several times due to COVID 19 the *** is still running behind and there is nothing I can do about her getting her refund faster.

    In December of 2022 Miss PLEASANT ask me to get her an EIN number because she wanted to start a Non-profit which I did and she received it. In May of 2023 she ask me to dissolved her Non-profit which I did. Since the company never filed taxes it is a longer process but I did it. The company is  dissolved from the *** and FTB. Miss PLEASANT owes our company $500.00 for service provided.

    This complaint with Wealth Management Financial Services ********** is in regard to my 2019 Partnership Tax Submission by the Tax Preparer *********************. I submitted my documents for 2019 and my 2018 previous year's taxes to her for preparation between August and October 2020. After she completed the taxes I paid her what she requested. In late January 2022, I received a letter from the CA *** stating I owed money and fees for an LLC. When I telephoned the CA *** I informed them I did not have an LLC. They informed me of what to do to eliminate this filing. I telephoned and wrote ********************* at Wealth Management Financial Services a note asking her to Amend Form 565 and submit the correct Form 568. After months went by and being avoided or told I would be called back and told that the matter was done and that I had to wait because the *** was backed up with returns I stayed in touch with the *** following up but only to learn nothing had been logged in or received. Finally, I insisted that I go to a tax preparer of my choosing and she pays for it. She agreed and I contacted the tax preparer and I did a three-way with both. After hearing *****'s conversation about what the *** representative informed her to do which was to white out and write in the figures on the old form and submit it certified which was never received by the ***, I insisted that she pay for the filing of the taxes that were never submitted. The other preparer sent me an email informing me that I would responsible for payment of the unfilled 2019 preparation of CA *** Form 568 and the amendment of the incorrectly submitted Form 565. On approximately 11/1/22 ***** agreed to return the money I paid her to complete the taxes and what I would pay the other preparer to prepare Form 568 which was never submitted. I picked up a check from **************'s assistant never seeing *****. Later the same day I informed ***** of the cost of the preparer's bill and she said she would not pay more than $1900 to solve
