I kept hearing a boom when my heater came on. I called AirPoint on Monday based on a referral from a neighbor. No one answered so I hung up and was going to make an appointment on line. Before I could, the owner of AirPoint, ******, called me back. He came out that same day. Super professional. He video taped what my heater was doing when it came on. BOOM, flash of fire came out, almost cinged the hair on his arm. Probably saved our lives. He gave us all our options and we had a new system installed and working by Wednesday. His team was super nice, extremely knowledgeable, quick, and explained things we needed to know during installation. The team coordinated and decided to send Ivan to help me on a Sunday afternoon at 4PM in ~99° degree heat to repair my AC compressor. Ivan was prompt, knowledgeable, and walked me through the issue. He explained the replacement part and it’s function that fixed the AC issue. I signed up for a yearly service subscription to cycle through maintenance as opposed to dealing with another emergency. **** and team delivered phenomenal service and results from the moment I engaged with them. Had someone else come out first to help figure out the weird smell coming from my system and they were not helpful at all. **** came out and immediately knew the problem when I turned on my AC and didnt even charge me for the service call since they didnt have to enter the attic. They gave me a number of options and helped me choose one, and even offered to apply that cost to the next if it didnt work. Never felt obligated or pushed or like I was getting hustled. Just had Airpoint Heating and Air install a complete new air conditioning and heating unit. The process went smoothly with no problems. ****** the owner was very easy and honest to deal with. **** and **** did the installation. No problems. Cleaned up when finished.
