    Company is Activlife Keto, P.O. ****************************************. Cannot stop them from sending medicine and charging my account. The only way I found an address and phone number is by calling you. On container they do not have the address or phone number. They do not have anything listed. They do not use their name or address listed on mailing. They automatically deduct the amount from my bank using a different name. On the number you gave me, they do not answer the phone. Help warning people of their ineffective medicine they are selling and the way they prevent ones from cancelling their service. I am mailing their medication back to them at the address you gave me. Thank you for the help you gave me in locating this company.

    11/24/2023 and 12/26/2023 second transaction from them that was not approved.I paid $199.99 both times. For a total of $399.98.They were suppose to send me a bottle of Totalfit Keto+ACV gummies to help me lose weight.The site looked like it did not go through. I went back into it and it said that I was already being sent a bottle. I now have received like 8 bottles of it. I did not sign up to keep getting these every month.I cannot locate a number to call them to get this cancelled.I don't have a tracking number/account or order number that I can locate. never received any emails from them with it.This was from advertising of *************************** weight lost Keto+ACV Gummies on *********

    Website is a fraud. Never lets you review the order and makes it seem like it didnt go through. Then you try again and get charged twice. They make it seem like its ***** a bottle then charge 2***** for 6 bottles which 3 are supposed to be free. No number to call and if you find one they say they cant find your order.

    I purchased a bottle of their Keto diet pills. Which I thought was *****. When the charge came through , I was charged for ****** and I received 5 bottles of pills. Which I did not order. I want my money back and I want to return all of the unopened merchandise back to them. This transaction was on November 13, 2023.

    On October 19th, 2022 I attempted to purchase some "Keto weight loss gummies" that was advertised to me online. Upon checkout, I ONLY clicked on a Buy One Get One item that was listed for $59.99. I entered in my credit card information and clicked next. However, there was no review page to review the contents of my order before my card was charged so when I clicked to the next page, it had charged me for around $180. The order confirmation said that I had also ordered these other probiotics that cost $119.99. I never once clicked on this and never even had the chance to review my order. I immediately emailed customer support but they told me to call their phone number, which I then proceeded to do. Once I got connected with someone, they told me that I couldn't cancel my order because the product had already shipped, which seemed impossible to me considering the charge went through just minutes earlier. I kept trying to explain to the representative that I had never intended to order the probiotics worth $119.99 and she kept trying to bargain with me saying she couldn't cancel it but would give me a discount. I did not want that since I wasn't going to pay a nickel more than what I intended to purchase. She told me the only way I could get my money back was to wait until I receive the items and then return them. Once I received the items, I immediately called them back and a different representative at a call center told me I couldn't return them, no explanation as to why. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company but because I actually received a good and they had proof of that, they couldn't reimburse me. I feel like I'm out of options because I don't know how I'm supposed to prove that I didn't click on the $119.99 product. I found other people online who had the same exact issue, even down to the dollar amount. I am hoping to receive the $120 back that I did not agree to spend. This is a bogus product as well and this company is scamming people.
