    Tynker charges me $36 every 3 months and I can't turn off this auto renew feature. 1. the phone number listed in their renewal email goes to a voice mail that says it's not Tynker 2. the phone number listed online goes unanswered despite numerous calls over numerous days 3. The emails I send go unanswered 4. When I log into my account, I have NO ability to delete my account. I have NO ability to delete my credit card information. I have NO ability to change the subscription. So far I have been charged at least $144 fraudulently and I need this business to DELETE MY SUBSCRIPTION. This is a fraudulent company that steals money.

    Tynker refuses to cancel my subscription. I have tried to cancel the subscription 3 times via Tynker website and 2 times via Tynker support team email. The first cancellation was for 4/7/2024 billing via the website. The second cancellation and refund request was 7/8/2024 for 7/7/2024 billing via the website and support team email request #******. The third cancellation and refund request was on 10/31/2024 for 10/7/2024 billing via the website and support team email request #******.When I cancel via the website it shows the subscription will expire on 7/7/2024, 10/7/2024 and 1/7/2025 but instead of the subscription cancellation, I am still being ************ of Transaction 4/7/2024 $36 - First Cancellation 7/7/2024 $36 - Second Cancellation and First Refund Request 10/7/2024 $36 - Third Cancellation and Second Refund Request All charges were billed to my credit card.

    Tynker charged my bank account $360 despite already cancelling the subscription roughly a year ago. Reached out to customer service on 10/22 as well as my own bank; they returned the money. Then today, 10/25, they recharged me the $360 with no answer from customer service and my bank confused. The account was initially cancelled in roughly Nov. 23 as my child stopped using it and has not used it since.

    I want to cancel my Tynker individual plan, delete my account and never do business with this company again. But I also want their communications improved and their cancellation process to be accessible on their online platform. We signed up last year and the plan was set to auto renew if we didn't cancel 9/9/24. We called and emailed Tynker about subscription plan to not renew. Phone did not connect when we called ***************). Emailed 9/9/24, as well to advise of non-renewal ************************************* Called again. Emailed again on 9/10/24, and still no response. Ended up disputing charge with my credit card company 9/12/24, but website does not allow me to cancel plan and my concern is that it will continue auto renewing since we have had no communication from the company. We are still listed as members. Their terms of service advise to go to account page to cancel, but there is NO such option. We click 'Manage Plan' for our child and the only options available are to upgrade to lifetime access purchases. When we click billing under parent option, the only option us to change our credit card information; nowhere is there any option to cancel.

    I signed up for Tynker for my son a month ago. I paid for an annual subscription but my account still shows that I am in the free trial with no subscription linked to it. I paid $120/yr and they took my money but my account still shows as a free trial. I emailed them 3 times (they dont have a customer service team over the phone nor a number to call). They have not responded AT ALL. I want to cancel and get a full refund since my son has not received full access to the subscription I paid for.     This is regarding an unauthorized charge and inadequate parental controls within their app.I received an email requesting parental approval for my child to use the app on Jan 2, 24. However, I want to clarify that I did not ***** this approval. Despite this, my child (a minor!) was charged $129.89 for an annual subscription without my consent.The app's lack of effective parental controls, evidenced by a simple math equation as the sole barrier, allowed my child to commit to a year-long membership without my knowledge nor approval.I am seeking a full refund for the unauthorized charge and request the app enforce proper parental controls. No child should be allowed in the parental areas without consent.

    I was charged a fee of $108 for Tynker all access on Nov 26. My son has had a free account with ******************** but we do not use it. I am not sure why we are being charged for this. When I log into the account it says Free. I have since emailed the company via the address on their website help section. I have sent a screenshot of my account details and able to show we do not use it and it should be free and requested a refund. I have not heard back from them and wanting help with getting this resolved. I also asked if there is another account somehow linked to us to delete it as we have not used this service since my son was a child.
