Not pleased. Having filed many trademarks successfully with other services I found this service to be confusing and frustrating and annoying as I was bombarded with unrelated communications from them. Also they are not lawyers and don't actually file the application for you. If you want to talk to a lawyer or have a lawyer file for you that is another significant fee.

I've been in the entertainment business for almost 50 years and seldom, if ever, have I come across someone as straightforward, caring, knowledgeable, and generous with their time as I found in ************************* at Trademark Express (tmexpress.com)Being a senior I am bombarded with fake calls, texts, and especially emails for all sorts of scams. But when I received a threatening group of emails regarding someone wanting to STEAL my company name - I figured I had better seek outside help and NOT contact these folks directly.***** knows the Trademark law to the letter and puts things in perspective within minutes. DO YOURSELF a favor, look no further than calling ***** for your Trademark needs...I could not be more serious!!!

Hi ******, thank you for your kind comments! Being in any business means actually helping people, even when the best advice is NOT to hire us - as in your situation when you are about to retire with no plans to pass on or sell your 50 year old business. As owner of TradeMark Express these past mere 32 years, (compared to your 50 years!), my mission in life seems to have come to combating the outright total scam trademark services who are exploding across the Internet right now. 1) Many seemingly have stemmed from ********. Outright scams.2) The incompetent "trademark mill" services who are filing hundreds of trademarks every week without actual comprehensive legal research or any other real guidance. 3) The subset of unethical trademark attorneys who do the same. Greatly undercharge to get your business, but do not do the legal research to the depth required to be reliable. The business model is to get a quick sale from you, for a very low price. Then when the ***** offers Office Action refusals over and over, charge way higher fees to clean up their PREVENTABLE mistakes, including losing their clients marks outright confused for likelihood-of-confusion conflicts with prior marks. Meanwhile 18 to 24 months have passed and you have to change your company name. What is being missed is the small business owner who has invested their life savings into their new dream business who have to pay for it all. This chills capitalism, investments and more future small business. Who is going to open a new business after being taken advantage of by so many people? Capitalism, trademarks, copyrights and patents exist on trust. Trust that your idea CAN BE PROTECTED and ENFORCED. If we cannot agree to these common sense, easily achievable ideals, then what have we? 1) Small businesses matter.2) Trademarks matter.3) Protecting new business ideas names, logos and slogans matter.4) Trust in the marketplace matters. ================================================ ================================================ Here's the scam letter, just so people can see what we are talking about.
