    A place that messes up things. The new ice water purifier doesn't have ice. The new bidet was broken in less than 10 days since it was installed. When I asked for the service, it took 5 to 7 days. The Coway coordinator who sells the product scams and sells the product. It's a very trashy company.

    They sold the same product as the existing one with upgraded functions and performance, but some functions of the new product did not work properly after 13 days of use.When I called the customer service center, they were just joking and said that refunds or contract cancellations were not possible after 3 days of purchase.The customer service representative said that it was an upgraded product, the color had changed from white to gray, and the performance was the same as the existing product.I requested a service repair, but they said it would be possible after 4 days.This kind of fraudulent company should go out of business.

    Absolutely terrible company. I am ashamed that a ************** would behave in this manner. I rented a water machine that also produces ice. The machine would never produce ice and would make loud noises throughout the whole day and night. They tried to fix it 10 times and was never able to fix it! I asked if they can please replace it or give me another machine and they said no, all they could do is try to fix the machine again. I was beyond frustrated because they are WASTING MY **** time. The 11th time was going to work? I lived in *********** with a busy life and had to wait for the clueless old repair man to come and try to "fix it"! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I decided to cancel completely and called coway customer service. The rude korean lady said I would have to pay a cancellation fee of 1500$+. I said please just replace the machine even if its a cheaper one and there will be no problems... she said we cant until your contract ends. I said GO F yourself. Years later, I have a negative report on Transunion from Coway CEDAR BUSINESS SE. Beware of this company.. they are shady. The machines look nice but they are overpriced. Just get a primo water machine at ******. You'll save much more money and much more time! I only pay 30$ a month with no contracts and no BS.

    This is a horrible company that takes advantage of the elderly. They had signed up my 85-year-old mother, who lives in a senior apartment, to a 6-year contract for their water and air purifier system. She called to cancel the service because she was moving out, and they wanted to charge her around $1900 cancellation fee for early termination. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have a crooked business model of preying on the elderly which shouldn't even be legal. They deserve zero stars.

    I lease 3 toilet bidet from coways 11/23/2022 for 6 years program. 1st year two of the cover cracked n I had to get a service ***** the top seat now 3rd one is cracked again it is one person bidet in each bathroom . I had coways products for many year I never had this problem. so I had to call customer service again ***** to return it all but there r saying I have to pay $700 each product . If not I have to keep it n get a service. Why do I have to deal with defective product.I need some advice how to return this to coway

    Their exchange and return process is deceiving. There is no help from their helpful customer service representatives. I purchased an air mega and it was defective. I called customer service. The agent seemed helpful. I was promised a 48 turn around and it was a week. The email team wanted the same information (video, pictures) as the agent requested. So, I had to do it again. I finally was awarded the exchange. However, by that time I wanted a refund. They fiddled around long to put my return request outside of their return window.

    Coway overcharges. Charges for uninstall. I have to hall the item to my new location for them to install it and then they want to charge again. Will install myself and not use coway in the future.
