    Well, I wish I had done some research on this company. They have had my amp now for 2 months. I know it was delivered by tracking. Every time I call them, if they answer, I get the same answer. What's your name and your number and I'll check into it and call you back. I've left multiple messages with no response.. What really ***** me is. I know what the problem was with it and told him. I asked if I could just purchase what it needed. His response was best to just send the amp in I'm thinking that I'm not going to see that amp again.

    ************* operators beware! If I could rate TE Systems in *********** ********** a zero star rating, that's what I would be leaving. This company is horrible and dishonest in their highly questionable sales practices and LACK of creditable and sincere customer care. It has been over 1 year since I sent my VHF linear amplifier (Model - 1452G) in for warranty repairs. It was shipped AND verified received by TE Systems "****" in mid August of 2022. Since then it has been a plethora of sidestepping, lies, ignored and unreturned phone calls, ignored emails and dirty tactics by the owner to avoid having to resolve my complaints. They lost my amplifier and will not take responsibility to replace it or make any efforts to make restitution for the loss of my equipment.As of today's date 8/27/23, their website is still online, albeit terribly outdated. I have filed official BBB complaint, but to no avail as this unscrupulous company chose to totally ignore the filed complaint. Please save yourselves the anguish of dirty deeds by TE Systems and buy somewhere else. There are much better companies with much better products out there!

    TE systems web site is down. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. I've had an amplifier and parts order in with them for over a year and have received nothing or had any further communication from them. I've called several times and just get an answering machine. No calls have ever been returned. I believe that the company is either going out of business or has gone out of business. Very disappointing.
