    I purchased an antique painting from **** through Instagram on September 14, 2024 and promptly paid through ******. This price also included shipping. Over the next two months he kept promising to ship the painting but never did. Three months after paying for the painting I reached out again and he again promised to ship the painting. He has not stopped responding to messages on Instagram and ****** and the phone listed for his business is disconnected.

    This business stole $700 from me. I purchased an antique painting, paying over Venmo since I trusted the business, as I had purchased other antiques from him in the past. However, this time he lied multiple times about shipping the painting, which of course he never did, and ghosted me for months. I have not received any communication after multiple attempts over several months.

    During July, 2023, we purchased the following items from Vramyan Interiors in ***************, which has a physical store, a website and also Instagram presence:4 sconces (a set) - paid $1140 via Zelle on 7/19/2023 - (NOT received yet; see attached payment proof)1 large size French style mirror - paid $2000 via Zelle on 7/26/2023 - (NOT received yet; see attached payment proof). For almost 5 months, we have tried to get the 4 sconces and the mirror to be shipped to us. The store owner **** gave multiple excuses about the delay. He said the set of 4 sconces got lost during shipping and would give us another set of 4 as replacements. After numerous failed attempts via Instagram by my daughter to reach **** for tracking information of the promised shipping arrival dates, I decided to step in and emailed **** on Oct. 17, 2023, demanding **** to either ship the paid products or give us a full refund of $3140 (see one of the attachments). **** emailed back on Oct. 18 with more excuses, but promised I can ask my accountant to send a refund (see one of the attachments). Ever since then, I emailed **** 2 more times (Oct. 20 & Oct. 23) but heard no response for over 2 months by now.This kind of treatment to the customers is very rude and unethical. We need help to get our money refunded by this business ASAP.Thanks!****
