    I ordered a pieces of art from this company online on February 14, ******* shipped out but it has been stuck in *********, *****. It says that a ********* label has been created. Its been stuck on that status since February 21. I spoke to ********* and they said they dont have any information regarding this tracking number and that they dont get any information until it reaches ******. I spoke to someone at the company. They said they were declaring it as lost in transit and that they would send another one out. I told them I would prefer a refund but they said they were sending a new piece and that they dont provide refunds to any orders made outside of ******. I then asked if they could send it to an address in *******, **. But they said they cannot change the address and that if this one gets lost they would send another one to the Detroit address. I asked for a new tracking number and they have stopped responding to me. I began looking for reviews. And there are many reviews of people experience the same experience. I realized after that I should have searched for reviews before ordering and Im embarrassed about this experience. I would be happy with receiving the piece I ordered. Or a monetary refund would be fine as well. I used my **** debit card and so I can not reverse the transaction. At the very least. I report about this business may save someone else from this experience.

    I am filing a complaint against Ikonick regarding a disappointing purchase experience. Upon delivery of my order, which included eight paintings, the frames of several were broken, and one painting was completely ruined. Despite these issues, Ikonick offered to replace only one of the damaged items, which I found unacceptable given the high cost of these products. When the replacement finally arrived, it was not the painting I had chosen. Following this, my attempts to reach out were met with no response, and I discovered I had been blocked on *******, leaving me unable to contact them further. Over time, even the paintings that initially seemed intact have started to deteriorate, with frames breaking and the canvases falling apart. This is unacceptable for items marketed as premium quality. I have contacted Ikonick multiple times to resolve this issue, but they have failed to address my concerns adequately. I am seeking a full refund for this order due to the poor product quality, the lack of proper resolution, and the unprofessional treatment I received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
