    On March 24, 2022, I ordered a brand new OEM Porsche 911 964 US-Spec Tail Light Kit (valued at $1,073.35) from ******** Parts and had it shipped directly to dR Design LLC / 9Eleven Headlights for a custom lighting project. Due to backorder, the item was shipped on June 14, 2022 and delivered to the business via *** on June 20, 2022 (Tracking #: 1Z94E7990390507581). The owner, *** Del *******, confirmed receipt on June 21, 2022 via text message.Since that time, the item has not been returned, no work has been completed, and no refund has been issued. While I initially understood that *** was dealing with personal and family health matters, and I gave him significant courtesy and time due to the fact that the project was not needed until summer 2025, there has still been no resolution.*** followed up with me on June 29, 2024, apologizing for the delays and expressing excitement to resume the project. He also contacted me on October 4, 2024, saying he was looking forward to potentially meeting in person at the **** 2024 show. These communications gave me confidence that he would follow through.Most recently, on May 12, 2025, *** responded to one of my formal email: We are a family-owned company and suffered some tragic family health issues Let me look into this and see how we can make things right. I replied asking for a resolution plan by the end of the week but received no further response At this point, I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this privately and amicably over a period of nearly two years. I am now formally requesting either:1.The full return of my OEM Porsche 964 tail light kit, or 2.A full refund of $1,073.35.I have complete documentation of the order, shipping confirmation, receipts, and all communications via text and email, and can provide these to the BBB if needed.
