    I should have read the reviews online prior to booking. They are terrible, 1 stars and all complaints! I booked a midsize car, my receipt says $49.09. I followed all the instructions upon arrival, the shuttle was not there. I finally called and they said 10 minutes. I arrived and this "shop" is in the middle of an alley, run down. Great scene for a crime.We walked inside, and even though I booked it, my husband had to pay since he's the driver. They did not let us use our personal insurance because you had to have a ******* collision plan on there. That's $150 for their insurance added on. Then, we could not use our ez pass. So for a sunpass it was $50 activation fee, PLUS $20 a day unlimited. We only needed it for 2 days. Sorry, not an option.I went from $49.09 to $350! PLUS a $200 deposit. On our way back, I called to make sure the shuttle was available since it's in a ghetto area. The *** barely talked and said "if there is a shuttle here, fine, if it's not, you have to wait." Do these people have any sense of customer service?They told me that in the contract the insurance price is listed on there, the toll tag, etc was all in there. There is nothing listed. We get into the shuttle and the *** says he is not permitted to drop at the departures, they have to drop at rental car center.These people have zero customer service, zero ettiquette and are just plain rude, deceiving and scam artists all around.Worst customer ever and I want my refund and NEVER to deal with you all ever again. They had the nerve to send me a survey. Absolutely never again.

    Business used deceptive tactics in booking vehicle by offering "optional" insurance for $15 per day without disclosing that I would be charged $20 per day in penalties for using my own insurance. Following drop off I was charged $17 for gas after dropping it off with a full tank plus an additional $25 "refuling fee." They are bad actors.

    I rented a ******* In March. Upon pickup of the vehicle damage was noted. The vehicle was returned with no issues noted to me. I received my credit card statement and it shows approx $1000 charge made by Priceless. I call to inquire and was told they have documentation about damage to the car. I requested the damage documentation on numerous occasions and have called Priceless. The phone calls either go unanswered or I get put on hold until the call drops. This is very unprofessional and I will be disputing this charge on my card. If Priceless has the evidence they need to provide it ASAP as this is not how you treat your customers.

    Our flight was canceled on Sunday evening, and I immediately called Priceless to inform them of our delayed arrival. A very kind representative assured me that our reservation would remain intact and even encouraged me to call if we were approaching the pickup deadline. Upon arrival at your ************ location, the line was slow-moving, and despite multiple attempts to reach someone while waiting, we were unable to get through for 90 minutes. When we finally did, our pickup time had passed, and we were informed that our reservation had been canceled. The representative we spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive, as was the staff at the ********** a result, we had to secure a new rental at a significantly higher rate. Our original reservation was refunded at $108 by Priceline, but the new rental cost us $386.04an unplanned $278 increase. With no other options, we were forced to pay this amount along with a $250 deposit.Upon returning the vehicle on the 21st, we were told the deposit would be refunded within 3-5 days. It has now been 20 days, and we have yet to receive ***** of 3/17/25 we still have not received our deposit - 24 days after returning the vehicle. And our MANY attempts to communicated with someone who can resolve this situation have been met with silence.

    Date of transaction- 1-09-2025 Total rental cost and charged-****** The business is committed to refund deposit within 15 days of return of vehicle. It has now been 2 months and several phone calls later and no refund but empty promises of processing it.The business continues to state that it has been processed every time I call and 8 weeks later no progress. When number is called for business, it is advertised that refund will be refunded 15 days after return of vehicle.

    This car company was supposed to refund us $299 for the car rental but it has been over 6 weeks and they still have not refunded us. We have tried contacting them and will be transferred and then the line will end. There has been no resolution or help from the company.

    I rented from this car company and they gave me a faulty car. They then overcharged me after I returned the car and never answered my phone call as to why they charged me an extra $89.

    We rented a car from Priceless car rental through *************. The rental was p***aid; however once we got to the offsite from airport car rental location, we were forced to put down another $200 deposit, then they would not honor my progressive car insurance without a $1,000 deposit. We were unable to do this so they charged me $90 for their insurance. The car was dirty, brakes seemed worn, the windshield wiper was insufficient. The car was not thoroughly cleaned and there was a wrap and dirty gauze in the center console. This company has significantly poor customer service, hidden fees and states they have a shuttle service to the airport but it was not available, leaving my family in a dark unknown unsafe location to fend for ourselves. Once I returned home, I checked my bank account and they charged me another $59.00 for gas: however we filled the gas tank before returning. When I called and began to question them the *** named **** **** up on me twice. My boyfriend attempted to call several times. They answered once and then hung up and blocked us so we could no longer call them.
