    Attempted to withdraw $200 from a 7-11 ATM in November of 2024. No cash was dispensed but the transaction showed as complete. Noticed the charge on my checking account and disputed it with my bank. The following month I get a notice stating the dispute was dismissed b/c the *** owner said cash was dispensed. Contacted the number on the *** and spoke with ******** ******** from ****. She stated that there was an error with the transaction and sent me an email to provide to my bank. My bank could not resubmit an additional dispute b/c the first one was dismissed. I contacted FCTI numerous times after this and they say that someone from a higher level team will follow-up but never do.

    I pulled $200 from this companies *** not realizing the machine had been possibly tampered with. The *** dispersed the money, however the door never opened to release it. The money was withdrawn from my account immediately. Im out time, money, stress, and aggravation due to this company for not taking any responsibility whatsoever for the loss of money. I am requesting $200 with an additional $50 I missed work because of this.

    Machine isnt working I called for help ****** was very rude and sarcasm. He was no help at all. He refuse to help being so rude

    On 10/29/2024 5:50 pm the atm went out of service before disbursing my $200. The money was removed from my account. My bank cant retrieve anything compliance from them. Police says a civil matter and will not allocate any reports. So this is my last option. A camera was never received by anyone.

    Atm at 711, took the money from my account but did NOT dispense cash. Number on machine is a non working number. Had to ****** a working number, and they hung up on me multiple times. I'm out $200.

    I went to local ******** to make a withdrawal from an FCTI ATM and it froze up in the middle of the transaction. My account was charged the $203.50 for the withdrawal but the machine did not disburse any funds. I waited while the store called FCTI and the machine was being reset but still no funds. I called the number ************** on the machine and was given the "we are not responsible run around". Meanwhile, my financial institution has charged me for the $203.50 amount.

    I recently used an ATM owned by this company at my local 7/11 Store, located at ***************************************************************************** on February 10, 2024. When I approached the **** I verified with my ************ via the mobile app that my funds were available in my account. I was attempting to withdraw $20.00 from my savings account, but for some reason, this machine would not allow me to do so, and at that point, I transferred those funds over to my checking account on the machine. After 3 attempts, this ATM would not dispense my money, even though the receipts indicated that it did. I never received any funds at all from this machine, however, my account reflects that the funds were disbursed. I asked the store clerks for help, only to say they could do nothing for me and that I could call the 800-phone number on the machine. I called that number, only to be told by a computer that I now needed to call my bank to get my refund. This is NOT my bank's error; it is this company's fault and responsibility to rectify their faulty equipment errors. I have waited patiently all this past week for this to be resolved, after being told by the Store Manager *******, that FCTI told her it would be back in my account in 3 to 5 Business days, this has not taken place, and Friday, 2/16/2024 was the 5th business day. I have contacted my credit union as well, and I have also attached receipts from this transaction. I called this company today and spoke to ***** who is their answering service, he took my name and number and advised that I would only be contacted by a Service repair that was working on the machine. This should have been credited to my account by now, I had $50.00 in my account at the start of this transaction and had ZERO by the end of it. Also please note that the company is aware of this incident, but simply chooses to ignore the issue. ******* at 7/11 gave them my receipt record numbers.

    I entered a 7 eleven store in **** **** to get money out of the *** I entered the amount of ****** and waited. The machine sceen went blank and them displayed out of order. I asked the store clerk and he said there is nothing he can do. So I looked on the machine for a number and called it. The message said contact your bank. I contacted my bank and they said they would investigate it. 2 days later they closed the case. They had no time to investigate this in two days and just Deny me my money. Thank you

    On November 21st 2023 I stopped at a 7/11 covienance store in ****************. I went to withdraw $400.00 from an *** in the store . I put my card in the *** and went through the steps for the withdrawal and the the machine displays cash being processed then displays please take your card and the machine froze right there and did not dispense my $400.00 . 2 store clerks watched me do this transaction and I asked them if there has been a problem with the *** and they said yes and told me the exact same thing that just happened to me. I asked the clerks why isn't there a sign on the *** and they told me they were not allowed to put a out of order sign on it. And I said at least you could have told me because you watched me do it and now Im out 400 bucks and chime sees no problem on their end . And I can't get ahold of this *** company but I need my money back... Thank you .

    On November 1 2023, I was at 7 eleven on ********** ********** ******** at 754 pm . I used my chime bank card at the atm machine inside the store. The atm did not give me any of the $140 that i asked for. The man working at the store told me this has happened to other people. Seven eleven refused to give me any money from the register to compensate for the atm problem. I left the store without a receipt. I was not able to take a picture of the atm screen displaying the transaction. I called chime bank to file a dispute complaint. Chime did not accept the claim. I called the atm company.... fcti. Unfortunately fcti does not accept any customer complaints. ********************** only told me to contact chime bank. ********** should have been able to find out the truth about this transaction. This problem needs to be solved so that fcti does not continue to deny that their atm did not dispense any money at 7:54 pm on November 1 2023. It should be thoroughly researched to find out the exact amount of money that the machine began with. It is also important to know the exact ************* when all of that money had been emptied from the machine...... so that the 140$ can be returned to my chime card.
