    On 4/25/2024 I passed the online exam at ***** website for the ***************************************** Training. The company is required to mail my permit within 30 days. On 5/16 I followed up to be sure they had the correct mailing address and was told it had already been mailed out. Once past the 30 day **** I emailed (they aren't accepting direct phone calls) for an update. My email was ignored. I sent another email and received the response that my permit was not mailed out, but would be soon. My job requires this permit. This is at the point of affecting my livelihood. Granted, I could go through another provider, and probably will have to at this point, but I don't want this happening to someone else and I would like a refund.

    I paid for and completed the online course weeks ago. There is a glitch in the system that will not allow server permit/certificate of completion to be printed. All required information was submitted 4 or more times without success. Problem reported to company to include follow up emails and phone calls. Company will not fix the system glitch and is not responding to follow up requests for status/service ticket update. I need proof of completion by 20 May. I completed the course end of April.
