    I had signed up for a course with this company about 7 months ago. I had my class set up with them to get certified as a mixologist in **, everything was fine. Then the day my class was supposed to start, I still hadn't received any emails, information or the materials they said they would send to my house to get started. They got in touch with me later in the week and told me the class was cancelled and I had to re-schedule. Then I tried to re-schedule and it took another couple months. Finally, they asked if I could help out at an event in exchange so I could shorten my class time, because they couldn't find time for a class, and generally didn't seem to want to help me, even though I had already paid $335 for the class. I drove to Irvine for the event, and it was a DISASTER. The worst managed team and showing I had ever seen IN MY LIFE. The person in charge was face timing her employees who were at the store picking up every single item they needed because they were hours late and didn't have anything to make drinks, and the event had already started. I was on time, and since they weren't, I was getting yelled at for their incredible lack of professionalism, timeliness and business acumen. After five minutes of the event starting I walked out without saying a word. I have never in my life done anything like this, I served for ten years in the military as a Naval Officer and this was atrocious. Absolutely unacceptable. They knew it, the staff knew it, the venue knew it, I was the one who wouldn't put up with it. I asked for my money back because I just never wanted to work with this type of establishment ever again. They said they would re-fund me and give me access to a class for free. Except now I can't get ahold of them. I have been calling them everyday for about 6 weeks. I don't need to be certified, I just want my money back and to never have to deal with this organization EVER AGAIN. Absolutely unacceptable behavior as humans and a business.
