no stars! When I enrolled at school I had talked to an employee *****, I explained to her that I had no physical proof of my GED but I would do my best to obtain it. ***** said that it was no problem, that I could start right away. I ordered my GED online but they had cancelled my order several times, so I called to see what the problem was. They said that I couldn't find me anywhere. I called the state ***** of education but no answer. I left several messages. I spoke to ***** about my situation and suggested to see about my transcripts that I had from my previous college. At a point the school made it very clear to me that I need the *** to continue receiving financial aid. I signed a paper stating that they received a part of my financial aid money. In the first month I was doing hands on and I participated in several facials from students there and I had an allergic reaction to their products every time. I didn't complain but I informed ***** and the owner of the school, Ms. ****** They simply said that I shouldn't use specific products on my face. My sister had a facial from me and she had a severe reaction to it as well, the reaction was so bad I didn't know what to do so I sent an email to the owner of the school. ***** had a meeting for both of us and accused us of not using high end products that are organic like hers and that was the reason for our allergic reaction. She was worried that we would put on a lawsuit. More so, that she started to tell me about my GED certificate again. I explained again that I was trying my best but nothing. As of last Wednesday 16, of 2024 Ms. ***** and ***** set up a meeting with me and said that they no longer believe I had my transcripts or my GED with me, ***** called me a liar and not to return to school. She started that she will not have another conversation about it and walked out of the room and turned off the light while I was still in the room. I never felt so disrespected in my life. So unprofessional.
