    I deposited money on my account and ********************** stopped me from using it and let other company's take it and I don't have accounts with them and ********************** wouldn't let me dispute the transactions

    I love Dave. I get 1/3 of my paycheck deposited to Dave which gives me a portion of my check early. I also earn 4% interest in the goals section which is way higher than industry standards. I've taking out a couple of advances and have never had a problem.

    Have used Dave off and on for quite a while and now all of a sudden you pay back ahead of time even and if you pay $110 back for the $100 that you owe and then you need the money because something came up well then all of a sudden you can only get $25 no explanation no nothing else. If you try to contact someone and talk to them on the phone all you hear is well it's just the algorithm or sorry that's just the way it is no explanation so if you end up depending on it or needing it at one point you can't even depend on that and it is misleading the whole $500 thing is totally misleading it's a scam.

    I had no issues with Dave, I did at one time where they said my bank account was disconnected and they wouldnt add it back. So I paused the account. I needed it about a year later so I unpaused it and took advance. I usually pay early if my check hits early. This week, it hit on Friday. They tried taking it before the check was direct deposited. I was able to pay all of the balance after a few hours of begging Dave to refresh. But there was a $15 balance where they took it from my bank account. So I couldnt take any more advances u til the $15 cleared. I begged them to take the $15 so all of my pay check wouldnt be tied up. Well they wont and tied up my whole paycheck for $15. I had electric and insurance to pay. They said sorry, we cannot do anything for you until the $15 clears your bank in 4 days I even put an extra $15 in the Daves checking and still nothing. My other bills will be late. I logged on and checked my bank account at 2am, my check had went in, but Dave must have tried right at midnight or sooner, before my settlement date. Took $15 out and tied up everything else up so I couldnt take another advance. I was a Dave supporter until now. I had used them for a good minute. Guess not now. I guess loyalty gets you no where anymore. If they had waited maybe one more hour.. but I guess they didnt want me as a customer anymore.

    I was a raving fan of Dave even referred a few friends to use their service.until today. Of all the times Ive used their extra cash option and it always came out on my paydays, this week though it settled early6 days after the advance was given. I was doing pretty well with the service too. Was paying bills and never had an issue paying it back. Not only did they take what I had remaining in my Dave account they took everything out of my checking to pay settle EARLY without me approving it knowing about it. ***** to be left with literally nothing until pay day next week when they normally take it out. Try to get a hold of their CS and waiting with a repeat message every 20 seconds for 42 minutes. Claiming their representatives are very busy, I guess that makes sense since its c*** service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The best/easiest decision and process was to cancel. So dumb to lose a good customer

    i stopped taking extracash settlements in april or may but its definitely been a few months and i had been completely paid up. confirmed with bank statements and transaction history. they emailed me that payments have beenreturned when i deal with *********** checking who does not allow transactions to even pend or post unless i have that amount which i have explained to them. my bank and i went through each extracash withdrawl and settlement and they even confirmed im paid up. dave has been trying to scam me out of extra money since then. it took 2 weeks to get someone to even reply to me. they wouldnt give me full details of these supposed returned payments until i demanded it. theyre definitely scamming people and its very suspicious i suddenly owe these amounts that have been taken from my account two months after i stopped taking cash out. my lawyer has been involved and im not the only customer who is being treated this way looking at the reviews. stay away from them. use empower, brigit or any other company than dave.

    I have used the cash advanced several times, yes pay a fee for it monthly but also pay interest to use the cash advanced. Always took it out the day it was due never before. Got a debit card and use it often with them because it's easier.

    I was satisfied with the services for a month until I asked for a repayment date to be extended by one week due personal mental issue and taking time away to get better after losing a loved one. When I requested I was denied and I said you cant pull because I will fall behind on rent more and you guys pretty much said we don't care and when I told me bank to stop working with you for which they understood and stop all your ACH withdrawals to keep me safe from losing my home and you proceeded to find another way into my bank to take my money without my permission! I had the intention to pay DAVE.com back but this was very unprofessional and my privacy had been violated! A FULL PERMANENT STOP PAYMENT WILL BE IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY! You will now have to wait and if anything is pulled from here on forward will result in a Lawsuit and I have intention to pay you back, but because of this, you now have to wait. This is very unprofessional and I will not be using this platform again and I will be informing my friend circle to stay away because of this. IM MAKING THIS CLEAR. IF YOU PULL ANYTHING AFTER THIS, ALONG WITH BYPASSING MY BANK'S SECURITY SYSTEM TO STOP YOUR WITHDRAWALS, IT WILL RESULT IN A LAWSUIT. WAIT FOR ME TO MAKE THE REPAYMENT WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH!

    I'm not happy with Dave I was hung up on twice and a customer service representative was extremely rude I will be getting a new Bank in the near future
