      I wouldn't work here their hiring process is a complete disaster from the open group interviews to them telling you they don't know much and very unprofessional I had tech issues because the hired interviewer could not assist me with the assessment when I was having issues I got dropped from a meeting and then ended up in another room when I came back , and they couldn't find were I was the lady in the room I was in was extremely **** ******* talking about turn in your camera girl idek what part I'm at like yeah so don't do it I'm sad they wasted my time because Everytime I kept coming into the meeting they removed me it's these 3rd party companies need to do better their outsourced so they do what they want because no one will discipline them but yeah no

      This is the worst job I think I have ever worked for. This company does not care about the well being of their employees nor do they care about the well being of their customers. Everything is about money to them. The amount of times I have gotten in trouble for going above and beyond for customers because this company only sees people as dollar signs is insane. This place is super unorganized. No one knows what theyre doing. I really hope this company runs out of business. Its just absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable how this company operates. Just an overall toxic community. I hope this place shut down. Total waste of time and space.

      I was verbally abused on a call, and the company fired and lied on me accusing me of customer service abuse. I'm very hurt and disappointed due to the fact I worked for this company for about years with good QA score. But my Aht was not the best. Why lie on me?

      The only thing I did was chuckle when the customer started yelling at me. I took the abuse from the customer. If you listened to the recording I did not yell or raise my voice at the customer at all. I just chuckled at her irate behavior and proceeded to try to help. I understand I didnt meet the client expectations on a call, but why said I abuse the customer, thats harsh.

      I am writing to express my concern regarding the inconsistent communication I have received throughout the VXI hiring event process for the ************* Specialist (Remote) position.On Saturday, I was informed during the assessment phase that I had been rejectedeven though I had not yet completed the assessment. When I attempted to clarify, I was told the rejection was final, and I would need to reapply after 90 days.Shortly after, I received an official email from VXI stating that the rejection was sent in error and that I was invited to return to the hiring event. I followed these instructions and returned as requested, only to be told once again that I am no longer eligible to proceed. At no point have I received a clear or fair explanation.I am deeply concerned that this experience has disrupted my right to fair and equal access to employment. I respectfully request:A clear explanation regarding my current status,Confirmation of whether I am eligible to continue in the hiring process, and If not, a copy of the relevant policy outlining the reasoning for the decision.I showed up in good faith and have done everything asked of me.

      I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company, which I believe engage in unfair hiring practices. Everyone should be aware of what a poor job recruiters are doing. I am extremely bothered by the level of professionalism I was subjected to. I just wasted two hours of my time in a Zoom meeting after receiving a link to join. My resume and experience was sent prior to receiving the link. Why then was I told I don't qualify? Your recruiters/trainers should be more professional and more respectful of people's time. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears and is sent to the appropriate department so that changes will be made in the way you conduct the employment process.

      On April 25, 2025 I received an Invitation for Cortland Campaign (in the subject line). I was given instructions on how to join the virtual meeting. I followed all of the instructions. I spent a significant amount of time waiting patiently in the waiting room, as the email requested. Once I was allowed in the hub, I spent at least two hours waiting, just to be told I don't qualify for the position. Prior to this invitation I completed an application and submitted a resume. My qualifications should not have been an issue. They should've already been checked prior to "inviting" me to waste my time. I could understand if I were waiting to be interviewed and didn't pass the interview. This was not the case. I didn't even have that opportunity.Needless to say, I am deeply disturbed by your hiring practices.This entire process not only stole my time away from me, but it unnecessarily exposed my personal space that was captured during the recording. We were even told not to use background fillers. It seems unethical to record someone under false pretenses. Yes, I do believe it was false pretenses. Aside from not being interviewed, the email also stated "learn more about this opportunity." If it were just an info session why have us on camera? Why tell us to have two forms of ID for the I9, and why have us waiting- doing absolutely nothing, except watch a five minute video? When I mentioned my disappointment about wasting my time in a previous email and cancelling a doctor's appointment for this event, I received no response.The nonresponse demonstrates the recruiting team's lack of respect for job seekers. Since I cannot get my time back. I hope that (1) you change your approach in the future so that others won't waste their time (2). my data be removed from your system, including the recording, (3) a formal apology from the recruiters who ignored my email would be a professional response. I wasted my time. The least they could do is respond. .

      ***** G I have now been with VXI for a little over a year. The pay is great Ive excelled in my position and we get holidays off. The support system from leads and managers as well as Administrators have been superior. I recommend this company to anyone looking for permanent positions. I am a *** employee the equipment is top tier and or Technical Support team is always just one click away. Over all I give this company a 10/10

      I received a sketchy confusing email several days after the date on the email. Followed by a text that was excessively long with no greeting that was equally confusing. I could not get any answers to my questions of if the job hired in my state or any details of if the text was legitimate because there are a lot of spam texts going around. People were confused in the hiring event about what was going on and everyone in it was in varying stages. We just sat mostly and accidentally were let into another room and were asked to wait around until after 5 if we could or return the next day if we could not. I was booted and locked out for some unknown reason.

      I'd give 0 stars if I could. I joined a hiring event today 10/2/2024 got to a room in zoom to go over the position and hours and when the presenter asked if we had questions I asked about having to pick up kids from daycare by a certain time to which the presenter said "if you have to pick up kids this isn't the job for you." I tried to then explain it can be done on a lunch as my daycare is less than 3min away and she kicked me from the room with 0 explanation and the company refused to let me back into the meeting to find out what happened. I was discriminated against for having a family and disqualified for hiring from having a question. Do not work here.

      VXI is one of the better BPO companies. It is a difficult industry but if you are the right fit for the job, you have lots of opportunities to grow and develop a career in tech, customer support or many other roles.
