However, the company Revopoint claimed that they would only process my refund if the package was returned to their warehouse. Perhaps they haven't hired their own employees to handle such requests, so they rejected my refund request. What's more, they even asked the **** delivery person to retrieve the already delivered package from the mailbox, return it to me, and then have me resend it! I'm truly astonished by their absurd request and the lack of their after-sales service quality! They keep changing their reasons for refusing my refund. In short, I've completely lost my patience!
