    I purchased a car from them, and they guaranteed that there would be no issues with it. However, the car started stalling shortly after I drove it off the lot.To make matters worse, the dealership ended up buying the car back and reselling immediately after. My lender and law firm informed me that the dealership still owed me the down payment for the car according to the contract (gap waiver fees, sales tax etc). I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. *** reached out multiple times for the refund.

    First and foremost, I would like to clarify that we take our responsibility to sell quality vehicles seriously. At the time of sale(09/09/2021), the Audi Q5 had no mechanical issues, and ******************************* did not raise any objections regarding the vehicle's condition.
    Subsequently, **************** entered into a financing agreement with ******************* an entirely separate entity from our dealership. While we cannot speak to the specific details of her financial agreement, it is important to note that her ability to meet her repayment obligations falls under the purview of the financing agreement she entered into with ***************************************** repossessed the vehicle due to *******'s failure to meet her repayment obligations. This action was carried out in accordance with the terms of the financing agreement and was beyond our control as the seller of the vehicle. Our dealership did not engage in any improper conduct during the entire transaction process.
    We are committed to customer satisfaction and always aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience during the vehicle purchase process. We regret any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced as a result of this situation and assure you that we have no intention of engaging in any unfair practices.
