    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding my recent purchase experience with one of your vendors, DIM MAK COLLECTION. I placed an order for the following items:Dim ********* Piece - Gear Five Baseball Jacket - Royal Blue 1 - $215.00 Dim ********* Piece - Nami Graphic Tee - Light Pink [Pre-order] 1 - $55.00 Tax - $25.66 Total: $295.66 I was excited to make these purchases at Anime Expo Los Angeles 2024, trusting that the vendors present were reputable and reliable. Unfortunately, my experience with Dim Mak Collection has been anything but satisfactory.Firstly, the lack of communication from Dim Mak Collection team has been deeply frustrating. I attempted to resolve my concerns by emailing their support team at *********************** on two separate occasions, yet I have received no response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.Furthermore, the trauma from this experience has been unexpectedly distressing. I anticipated a smooth transaction and prompt resolution of any issues, but instead, I have encountered nothing but silence. This has not only soured my perception of Dim Mak Collection's brand but has also left me with a deep sense of regret for choosing to purchase from your booth at Anime Expo.Given the severity of this issue, I intend to bring this matter to the attention of the Anime Expo organizers. It is crucial that they are made aware of the negative experiences their attendees are having with vendors, particularly those who fail to provide basic customer service.I urge ********************** and the organizers at Anime Expo *********** to address this matter promptly and provide the customer service that should have been extended from the beginning. I look forward to your immediate response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

    October 18th, 2023. 2 items. One hoodie-$75, one t-shirt - $45= $120.00 Total Price. Has not arrived and has not had a shipping label assigned to it. Attempted to cancel the order as the product was not shipped, was denied the capability to cancel said order. Attempted a second time to send correspondence about shipping and date of arrival and was not replied to. No attempt by the company to explain any situation or to resolve the situation, just silence on the companies end.
