    On 9/30 bought Apple Watch Ultra 2 w the lrg wrist band fr *****. ***** told me the watch had to be delivered to my home. 10/21/24 I still had yet to receive watch, Called Verizon main phone to track package. Watch was delivered to the store 10/9/24, watch was signed by *****. I asked ***** why the watch was delivered to the store, why no one fr the store called to contact me, the watch had been there for 12 days, ***** denied signing for the watch. I got home I saw that the wristband was too sm. I explicitly asked ***** for a lrg size. Went to exchange the watch for lrg size. ***** stated all sales final, this was never said to me at the time of sale. Called Verizon was referred to **** (ind dealer for store) 10/29/24 1 pm. I recd a message from ***** that **** will not be able to make the appt and he would call me at 1 pm. Never called. I drive to store in person. ***** calls ****, He says I am an independent so it doesnt matter wht Verizon says. My sales are final-YOU agreed to that when you signed for the watch. Was never told ***** that the sales were final when I bought. Verizon offers a 45-d exchange. This is deceptive-being done w purpose forcing me to go past the 45-d period so I am unable to exchange the watch or get refund. They sell me the wrong watch, expect me to pay extra $200 for the clerks mistake of ordering wrong size? Aren't willing to get me the right one **** agrees to obtain replacement wristband for an unspecified price, tells me to give him 1 wk to resolve and rectify ******* mistake. I agree, but don't trust **** will follow thru on his agreement to deliver the lrg wristband at agreed upon discount price. This dealer-employees have done business in bd faith, deceptive when confronted w-the mistake and aggressive-fraudulent in not upholding Verizon policies to returns and exchanges. Dealer-employees chg terms of sale to fit their mistake.
