I'd vote 0 stars if it was an option. I received a bogus ticket for an alleged violation in downtown *********** for a car which was in ********* at the time and was nowhere near ***********. The ticket said my car was white (it's actually silver). I, of course, objected to the ticket and demanded they provide evidence of the violation. They denied my objection saying "the violation officer did not take a picture" (of course he didn't because my car wasn't there). What's more they said civil code does not require photographic evidence (the ticket itself is evidence). I was so ****** I was very tempted to take this to court but, of course, you need to *pay the ticket even if you take it to court*. Only if you are found not guilty in court do they refund the bogus fee. This is 100% a total racket and the government/judicial system is complicit. Fvck them all. LA residents - un-elect your entire city government - it's corrupt to the core.

This organization is fraudulent. I got a second notice of a ticket in Los Angeles and had two weeks to pay it. I live in the Central Valley, no where near LA, and my car was parked in my garage the whole day when the citation was cited. I didn't have the initial ticket because it wasn't my car that got the violation and now I have to pay them or get the fine doubled, then try to contest it and only when it's deemed an error was made, will I get my money back. This is crazy, where's the due process and they purposely make the process to contest parking violations so complicated and additional fines so steep you just pay it to avoid paying even more money. Also, contesting it would mean I have to spend the cost of the ticket to just drive to where they thought my vehicle was. This is a city run by criminals.
