I scheduled an exploratory meeting with a representative from *******************, school of coaching today May 31, 2024. His name was **** and called me from ***************** ph number. He did not give me his last name. He told me that the meeting will be 35 to 45 minutes where he will ask me questions to find out if I am the right fit. Before I spent that amount of time, i wanted to understand a bit about the coaching program, the fee structure and Whether the courses is accredited, and with which agencies. He answered my questions, but was Seemingly very annoyed. The cost for 20 hours of coaching over six months is $7400. I told him that cost certainly is a factor in making my decision. And I explained to him that I need to vet the school before I spend 45 minutes answering his questions, whether it is the right fit for me or not. He did not like my answer. And in a very unprofessional manner told me that since I have asked the questions first, Im not a good fit for the school. This is complete unprofessional, and I would not want to be associated with such a school. In addition, their school is certified by AC, but not accredited and to get the accreditation a student will need to spend another 55 hours. My complaint is about their unprofessionalism, not letting a prospective customer ask questions and misleading. Anyone interested to learn about *** Shetty Coaching School should ask questions first to satisfy their need whether the school provides value for the money or not rather than allowing them to waste 45 minutes of your time.

I signed up for a course and was promised it would be recognized though the acc along with othm qualifications. I have requested my money back from this school since I was promised that i would get certifications recognized but the schools have since stated that they dont know how they are on their site and are not affiliated with the school. The guardian has published an article on this topic.
