I THINK THE COMPANY IS PURPOSELY WSTING THE TIME OF THEIR ONLINE CUSTOMERS - I ahem a 1`010 yr old LADY who accidentally hit the wrong pre-saved address - as SOON as the order was placed the customer tried to alter the shipping address - seeming NOBODY in the 3rd party delivery can do anything but apologize for inconveniences and watch the customer go berserk in a decisive AI run delivery - the website sends you in circles - THERE IS NO 1800 number - the old lady's package will be delivered to a California address tomorrow.HAD THERE BEED AN 800 number to call where a HUMAN BEING could go in on THEIR END to change the shipping the issue would have been resolved in about 15 minutes.INSTEAD>?there have been over 10 email volleys to a customer service department which is USELESS.I don't WANT a refund - I WANT COFFEE BEAN TO SEND ME THE PRODUCTS FOR FREE because THEIR POLICY and WEBSITE MADE IT IMPOSSIBVLE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO ALRTER THE OREDER IN ANY WAY ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED - no way yo cancel their fix?SHOW US THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PACKAGE AND WE WILL REFUND YOU ummm THE OLD LADY LIVES IN *** - she is 101 yrs old there is no COFFEE BEAN AND TEA LEAF HERE TO GO TO ... ***??? ALLL THIS OLD LADY WANTED WAS HER VANILLA POWDER BC CB&TL make the one she likes - after 101 yrs on the planet SHE DESERVES TO HAVE THIS LITTLE COMFORT without the MASSIVE MIGRAINE COFFEE BEAN CAUSES jus NO. NOT OK

The company makes it nearly impossible to correct incorrect orders. Grubhub makes it so simple but coffee bean makes the customers jump through hoops to even file a complaint. I'd also like to add that the app in incorrect and never appropriately moved its users to higher tiers even though their FAQ says so. Hey Coffee Bean, make it easier for people to get their orders adjusted and fix your new app. It's been months already. Sincerely, an ex-employee and ex-customer.

Missing *****. I am valued customer and I am upset that my points disappeared and never came back. My lifetime points is *****. I need my ***** points to be returned to my account immediately. This dropped my tier or level position for the rewards. I will discontinue using and support the company, if I dont hear back in a timely matter. I submitted a question and keep getting a generic email back.

Been a customer for 23 years. If this is how it's going to be now that you've been bought by **********'m done. You sent out fraudulent emails about a contest. I received an email on Nov 2 at 7:33 am saying I won free drinks for the rest of the year. Then your company sent out an email at 1:33 pm the same day saying "Oops, my bad we had a technical glitch and you didn't win" but - to be nice - we will give you a one free drink. I never got anything. I've written to your corporate a number of times an on social media. No response. Way to go Coffee Bean. Now I made a complaint with the BBB and I will see if a class action works. I mean it costs about $500 in product to follow through. You could have at least given the one drink. But, instead, the company just ignores you. You are going the way of the mermaid and I'd rather shop small.

I have a gift card for this company and I must upload it to their website before use. The website does not accept the gift card, it freezes on the last step accept. There is no telephone contact available and after 2 days of no e-mail response I am very frustrated. I like their product but their customer service is horrible. In the future I will order their product thru Amazon

I purchased a large number of Coffee Bean Gift Cards prior to Christmas for my personal use. They were on promotion with a buy one, get one free $5 card.

    I paid in cash.

On 4 separate occasions I drove through the Torrance location for coffee and (sometimes a pastry) and was told that my cards had insufficient funds for my purchases. Left on the cards. It was 100% Incorrect!

I have been Immediately writing down any purchases on my cards on the backside using a green marker that I keep in my car door. I know exactly what the Balance was on each card.

I was basically called a liar and the cards were tossed. There's always a long line so yay! the cheater's business is doing great. Complaining did zero good so I just drive on, sucking up my anger.

The girls said well that's what the card says. I showed the marked amounts... that were written down to the Penny. They just shrug their shoulders and are pretty defiant and aggressive, like I'm trying to pull a fast one on them.

It's gaslighting on the part of the window cashier.

It should be Illegal to sell cards and then Load them with Less credit than is paid for. Or for your machines to read them like that.

I have sufficient money to purchase coffee. It's not like I'm looking at a card and saying oh I have just enough to buy a plain or a latte or whatever coffee it is as my card only has X amount of $ on it. I have a stack of these gift cards in my vehicle. It was just a fiscally responsible choice to purchase CBTL cards.

I chose CBTL rather than Starbucks to give my money to based upon company size. I'm

all about helping smaller businesses. CBTL isn't small but it's smaller than Starbucks.

Now I regret it and am mad that I have to feel mad when I buy my coffee. And I've got all of these cards to use up.... Ugh!

    Please Refund $40 to me.
