    Review Order date: Jan 8th, in the amount of $586.28. Purchased Coffee Machine Depot Mahlkonig X54 All Ground Home Espresso Coffee Grinder. Ive made an online purchase for a coffee grinder shipping policy 7 ***** noticed my order status day 8 stated processing. I contacted Coffee Machine Depot via message and confirmed the item was in stock and being prepared. I continued to wait. I sent an email received a response from the store manager the following day. explained my account was flagged and I should have received an email. I informed *****, I did not receive an email for authentication and provided all emails via screenshot; she confirmed the item was in stock and would resend this email. Ive never received this email for authentication by Coffee Machine Depot.The order was 10 days old. I was looking for shipping or pick-up options. Friday, I drove out to LA for a total of 5 hours. I arrived at the coffee machine depot, gave order number After waiting, he returned and apologized, saying the item is not in stock. After another gentleman overheard our conversation, he got up and out of his office. He began to ask questions. First, he claimed I got the wrong machinet. The two gentlemen went back to the warehouse returned with a box with someone elses name. I was told, Here you can take what isnt yours. I replied I am not comfortable taking what isnt mine. He replied aggressively, there is nothing we can do for you here Leaving with an item that belonged to someone else was not the intention, but he made a choice. I opened the box, and it was not what I ordered. The online website prompted a bean ****** of 500g with the item. And I received a 250g bean ******. I have not recieved any resolution, after emailing the company of my next steps. The item shows advesited differently online.

    We are sorry however we have many cases of fraud on a regular basis and it is important that we do not send out equipment until certain checks and balances are made to ensure that the the transaction is not fraudulent.

    When a customer is flagged has being high risk through ******* and then they claim not to receive our emails this makes us even more suspicious. For this we are sorry, however we have just been burnt too many time not to be cautious.

    When you came in to collect the grinder, you given a brand new grinder that had been allocated to another customer, who was overseas and not needing it for 6 weeks with our next order arriving in the following week, so it was simply replaced.

    As for the ****** the stainless units come with a 500grm ****** only as per the Mahlkonig Website. There was an error on our website showing the white one had the bigger ****** and based on this we have tried to order you this ****** however it is currently out of stock. 

    We purchase this ****** from Mahlkonig for $81,20 and we are happy to refund you this or you can wait for the 500grm ****** to come back in stock.
