6/6/24 - I was contacted by a woman claiming to be from the Hardin County Courthouse trying to reach my ex husband regarding a court summons for a failure to appear on a jury duty summons. She provided a case number and supposed clerk's name with a phone number of ************ to call back. The woman stated that a summons had been sent to his house but was not able to be delivered and if he didn't call back and get it straightened out criminal charges would be filed. They left a similar message on my ex husbands voicemail and when he called back it was a woman from Trinity SGroup attempting to collect a fraudulent debt. He requested information be mailed to him regarding the debt and the person stated they already tried sending a summons and threatened jail time. When he asked for the court date listed on the summons they stated no court date had been set yet. This company impersonates a government official and lies to get you to call them back and then threatens you to obtain banking information on a fraudulent debt.

This company was calling my mother from an UNKOWN NUMBER looking for me and lied to her saying they were from Denton County and that I needed to call an attorney *************************** because I missed jury duty. I called and it was not Denton County and the person I was told to call wasnt a lawyer. It was a supposed collection agency and they were calling about a debt from 2009. The lady also called my phone from an UNKNOWN NUMBER and left me the same voice mail they said to my mom about Denton County and telling me I need to contact the lawyer because my address was undeliverable. This was in October this year and when I called them they only told me about a debt and threatened me that if I didnt pay today the full amount or a payment plan that I would have to go to court and face jail time and fees up to $16,000. I asked for information in form of email or letter because I wanted documentation and she started getting angry and aggressive and threatening me with jail time telling me how her company takes people to court and lose because of their elite team of lawyers. With aggression in her voice threatening me she still wouldnt give me any info besides ***** Fargo and amount. She said the only way I could get information regarding this was when the summons to court would arrive. I thought it was a serious matter and I gave her my debit card information. Since then they have taken money out of my account two times now and I still havent gotten anything in the mail from this company. All they sent me was a contract they wanted me to sign which I didnt because it would have locked me into paying for this. The debt is almost **************************************************************************************** regards to this. Upon looking up the numbers they called me from it says they are a scam company and I got scammed by them. I would like to *** if I can because they harrassed my Mom, lied, and used aggressive tones on the phone with me trying to intimdate

Date of transaction was January 26 2023. I paid $1995.00. The business is a debt collection agency that has violated several consumer protection laws. Trinity Sgroup, LLC is in violation of several consumer protections laws in my state which is *****. I am already working with a law firm to come to a conclusion but I wish to get this company shut down because of their unscrupulous debt collection tactics.
