    Hello This is Tofu Massage We need your help Our address is **************************************************************** Our property management is Westwood Financial LLC The property management company dig a hole in our staff room and remain as is without any construction for over 6 months and they still want us to pay the adjusted *** fee The parking lot has a hole due to raining seasons at Nov.2022. The property management company said they need to fill the hole by dig another hole in our staff room I was told it will only take few weeks at the beginning but right now it is over 6 months, we still have a hole in our room and have to remove everything from the room We have to put all necessary supplies in the restroom for over 5 months. It really affects our operation. and our customers will also be uncomfortable when they see the supplies in the restroom. We will loss customers We ask our property management agent **** and ***** to see if we can get any reimbursements for the business loss. But there is no response the agent email is ********************** and ******************* And they still asking for the *** adjust fee for year 2022. I don't think it will be right for them to putting a hole in our business for over 6 months hurt our business and still asking money from us I think it will be reasonable for us to get some compensation for the long time project. I can pay the *** fee but I want to have a Two month Free rent as a compensation for the Inconvenience and business loss and get the hole project done asap Thank you
