    It has now been over two months since we started seeking troubleshooting and customer service support from this business to ensure our business line operates effectively. Despite our repeated attempts, we have received no assistance. I have requested the porting of our business number and provided all necessary information, yet I still have not received any help.Furthermore, it is unacceptable that they continue to send us invoices for a service we are not receiving. We have been unable to use our business phone line since February, and we are now forced to rely on a new phone number via ****** Voice. We expect immediate action to resolve this issue and proper handling of our account..

    A started the process of filing for 10DLC in 2024 to meet the deadline. I was informed months later when I no longer received the business texting services on my phone plan that I would need to submit another form to regain my texting services. That was on January 17th 2025. I was told a ticket was created and someone would reach out to me in the next few days to assist with this. I was never contacted and I reached customer support that admitted I was not contacted due to an "oversight". I've been told on multiple occasions since that time that a pending approval would take 5-14 days to approve. I reached back out again on Feb 17th (Monday on the uploaded documents attached) and they could not find my pending approval. My concern is that the promised service isn't being received from them and if I move to another phone company I lose all my patient contacts and communication. My patients are frustrated because I have been unable to communicate with them effectively for their medical treatments and I'm also losing business from this.
