    On April 26th, I purchased a video card from macvidcards.com for $564.00. A few weeks after receiving the card, it no longer functioned. According to the website, failure within 60 days is grounds for a return. I explained my problem via email, and after an initial follow up email, further emails from me asking for info about how to return the card went unanswered for a couple weeks. After I threatened to contact the BBB, they finally gave me the information I needed. I returned the card, via their instructions, and confirmed via a tracking number that the card was returned. I've attempted multiple times for over two weeks by email to contact them and have them confirm receipt of the card and that my refund is in order, but there has been no further response to my emails. I simply want the refund of $564 I was promised.

    The tracking number for my return is ******************, and it confirms the package was delivered to the front door.
