    **************** and return policy is awful or non existent. Bought a keyboard I was not happy with but because I had opened the box I could not return it. During the return they inaccurately returned other orders instead and took weeks to resolve to get my money back. Was not able to get my money back for this keyboard even though I had not even played it. Dont buy instruments from this company

    On August 1st, 2024 at approximately 5pm I tried to open Maschine2 on my Apple MacBook Pro 16" Laptop (2.3ghz ***** i9, 32gb 2667mhz ram, 8gb *** radeon pro 5500m, 1tb, currently using sonoma 14.6.1 + **************** ur816c audio interface) it did not operate properly and was telling me something regarding the kontact player and komplete kontrol unable to load. It was bizarre since I only use this laptop for native instruments stuff. i open native access and it shows there is an update for those two products. i download, but they won't install. i had to uninstall them and delete their entries and retry (it took a few times but finally installed) the programs also needed full disk access, which was already granted to them. i followed all the articles directions with uninstalling, deleting certain files then downloading and reinstalling via their launcher. all i want is someone from native instruments to see what i am dealing with via remote access and help me correct it, if not clarify what is taking place. apple won't do anything because this is a third party issue.i don't get why i can't just get someone to help me correct this issue that was brought about by simply downloading, installing and using their software. i quite literally only use this laptop for the native access launcher, installing all the products i have purchased or they have given away, updated as time goes with their launcher using the default file path directories in settings and all the settings actually are default, and make music with maschine2 daw. that is it.i have tried making contact numerous times since discovery with little success. they have responded, but for some reason (in my opinion) i feel like they're just flat out ignoring me at this point.

    THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT, STINKS! IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT? THEN I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM

    If you can purchase their products on the weekend, that means they are open for business on the weekend. Therefore, customer service should also be available on the weekends. Its been 24 hours since they have charged my card $300. Still I have not received the product. I already was sent a text for verification to prevent fraud. There is literally zero justifiable excuse to take someones money and withhold the product they paid for. This is borderline criminal. In what world, what industry online do you pay for something and not receive the product you paid for when it says immediate download available. This is literally false advertisement. No response that Native Instruments will provide here will justify, legitimize or excuse this experience I had. Whoever reads this from their company should be totally embarrassed and ashamed to be working for a company who treats their customers this way. Get staff working weekends for customer service. Then you can apologize. Otherwise I dont want to hear your disingenuous fake apology c***

    Native Instruments destroy countless hours of work behing flagrant updates..No clear warning of the effects it make take.Its been days since a response so I tried to figure it out myself.No customer support shows the loyalty ** has for it's customers..You lost a life long customer..I promise to never invest into this again..

    Thank you for the response I figured out what was wrong with there software it took me four days.I don't have anymore issues with Native Instruments.i just wish they had better **************** especially when spend a lot money with the company over past 10 yrs ..a
