    I've been using the Credit Repair Cloud for 4+ Years. The lack of support for their businesses is astonishing. Every time there is a software update, it is done very sloppily and there are always annoying issues that prevent me from making money. Takes too long to get resolutions, you can't speak to a human via phone, just email. Software is too reliant not their own affiliate links. Not enough customization, I will be gladly switching to a new software soon.

    I took a dive into this venture only to find out that I can't log in. I paid my money and even bought other materials they offer. I have never been so frustrated. I have tried to contact them and get nowhere.

    I invested a lot of money and time into Credit Repair Cloud for nothing, they dint disclose a lot of things in the training and you end up spending thousands in the end on all these subscriptions and penalty fees for closing all those accounts. just a waste of time

    Credit Repair Cloud as a portal for those who dispute credit is by far the most superior portal there is out. *** tried them all and nothing comes close to ***. It buffers a lot around 11am-2pm on the weekdays but ******, the *** sent ** an email saying they were fixing the problem. That problem has cleared up some. Its still slow from time to time but nothing like it was. Though I'll never leave Credit Repair Cloud the portal, its their credit monitoring system thats absolutely horrible. The customer service is the absolute worst in the business. You can not call them and get nothing fixed. You get a voice mail most the time and they never call back. You email support and its days before they respond and every response is, "We'll send this to developers" and you never hear from them again. I added about **** clients onto *** last year and was using credit hero score and about 25% of my clients received the experian/CHS error. Nobody in this company knows how to fix this. NOBODY! Ive called and emailed hundreds of times. A year later, same error. Another error is, "Cant contact CHS at this time." How? Yall own both of them? Ive written the ***, the developers, regular support 100's of times and NOTHING! They always tell you its fixed like a month later, you check your clients account and its still not working. CreditHeroScore doesnt have a dedicated trained staff. They use a 3rd party who reads off a computer screen and if they cant figure something out, they'll have you sign up with another company. This past month i changed out my debit card on the *** and they kept charging my old card and not the new one. My first email to them was April 11th about this. Guess what....... still not fixed. SMH Maybe this will light a fire under the ***, ****** and he'll finally get these errors fixed cause they keep deleting my FB post. Cant delete this! Please fix these errors. You have the best portal. PLEASE FIX THESE ERRORS! 5 stars for ***. 1 star for CHS
