    I had cancelled my subscription however I am still being billed I reached out to their useless chat bot, and I still haven't received a reply. I sent an Email and as most scammy companies they don't have a real actual person that handles customer service issues. All I needed was a simple refund of unauthorized credit card charges without having to file a reversal. As usual no response. This company is definitely one to avoid and I will make it my mission to do everything possible to share my unpleasant experience and to make others aware of this SCAMMY company with useless bot customer service. I would like my credit card immediately refunded.

    I ordered a product on July 14, 2022 with an estimated arrival date of 6-8 weeks from ordering. Fast forward to December 2022 and I still have not received my product. The customer service team "ensured" me many times that it would ship, as I inquired multiple times each month past the anticipated arrival date.

    In my latest correspondence on December 22, 2022 the organization promised a specific shipping date of Dec. 22 or Dec 27th, yet it has once again failed to ship. I would like it to be known that this business is operating in a fraudulent manner and cannot deliver products already paid for by customers. They continue to delay shipping in order to keep customers from canceling orders while continuing to collect money. I have attached screenshots from my correspondence with customer service.

    I am seeking that the organization ships me the product I ordered, as originally agreed upon when I purchased it, AND provides me with a FULL refund. At that point, I will consider the dispute resolved and will remove my complaint.

    Hello ****,

    My name is **** and I'm the Support Manager here at Output. I'm very sorry it took so long to get your desk but let me see if I can explain why. When you placed your order in July, order estimates were around the 6-8 week mark. Around that time, our overseas supplier of wood found themselves in the middle of a war so we were no longer able to obtain the wood we use for desks and sidecars.

    The war also caused the price of wood to skyrocket so we and many other companies in the US needed to find new suppliers during a world supply chain shortage. This shortage included wood, stain and metal parts we use for our hardware.

    All this very much delayed our shipping but we were communicative along the way and sent out emails out to customers with outstanding orders explaining the situation. We also offered free software to you and everyone else who was waiting for a desk but after checking your previous email threads with Support, you never responded back to our offers. I would be happy to still honor the offer for you.

    I understand your expectations were not met and it's easy to jump to the conclusion that we are a fraudulent company but I can promise you that we are not. We are a group*************************** trying to help people************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    It looks like your desk is now delivered as the most recent delay from ***** was due to the Arctic Bomb Cyclone that brought sub zero temps to most the US and halted shipping across the country.
