I called to ask if could use Android for their courier app, as a driver. They said no, iPhone. I said I got to get one yet they emailed me an application. I filed it out and also got an iPhone. Two weeks later and after countless unanswered emails, I confronted them and said I do not wish Braintree, a subsidiary of Paypal owning my personal and financial information if you are not to hire me. I don't like that Paypal can just deduct $2,000 out of my accounts just for saying things they don't like. I don't live in ***** for THAT particular reason. Now, they refuse to either hire me or entirely eradicate my personal information from Braintree/Paypal. Not acceptable. I am not their employee nor do they have a say upon my personal information. I want my Name, Address, Social Security Number REMOVED from Braintree/Paypal servers with proof in writing such has been effected. Nothing less whatsoever the other side says. This is my own personal information, my property and I want you to force them to do it or negate their good rating. Much appreciate your helping the little guy! Oh, they use Braintree/Paypal to pay couriers.

Not an employee. Was not going to be an employee and never became an employee.

The issue regards the creation of a "submerchant" account, which, in the eyes of Paypal/Braintree is a customer, nothing different that that.

But Braintree/Paypal cannot accomodate my request, I have already tried. And it is not their doing, it is Ziply's doing. Ziply (www.goziply.com) is the culprit and why my complaint is on them.

It is clear that they, Ziply, need to make it happen so that all and any of my personal information, First and Last Name, Address and Social Security Number (and not only) get eradicated from Braintree/Paypal servers.

This is not, I repeat, an employer/employee situation. Not from an endpoint of view neither from a legal point of view. Sorry but this not a Labor complaint. In the eyes of Braintree/Paypal I am a customer.

If do not wish to get involved, I will not understand, and will transfer my same complaint to foreign media outlets, like RT and South ***** ***************** Cannot sit idle while my information is getting compromised just because nobody want to badmouth Ziply. Not going to happen. So, please, do see that pressure is exerted where fault lies. I did nothing wrong. Ziply did everything wrong. They cannot freely hand out my personal information and then refuse to delete it. That is nonsensical, my information is not on Ziply servers. Both Ziply and I are customers of Braintree/Paypal. I am one without my consent, though, anymore.

I don't make the rules; if I did, this problem would not exist. It'd have been solved long time ago. Ziply cannot just steal my information and then refuse to return it once I have requested it back. This is exactly why regular folk remain poor while corporations bathe in profits. I urge to reconsider this delay. Don't delay my complaint any further. I do expect a reduction in Ziply's score should they fail to eradicate my information from Braintree/Paypal servers.

    Thank you!
