    Screenshots attached are from me (***** *****) and my colleague *** ***** to **** *****, CEO if ******** of Transaction:On April 4, 2024, we received an email from **** ***** confirming a $110 charge via MemberSpace for a website certification from the Web Neutral Project (WNP).Amount Paid:$110 Business Commitments:Carbon footprint calculation based on website analytics.Custom certification page showcasing digital sustainability efforts, linked to a certification badge for use on our website.Monthly sustainability reports detailing carbon emissions related to website traffic.Carbon offset projects funded by *** with options to select specific initiatives.Web design audit aimed at reducing environmental **************** materials for promoting sustainability credentials.Recognition as a green leader with certification linking our brand to digital sustainability.Nature of the Dispute:Despite being charged $110 on April 4, 2024, and receiving an initial promise of certification, we received no further communication. We emailed multiple times between April and July inquiring about our certification status. On July 2, 2024, **** ***** apologized for the lack of communication, attributed it to internal changes, and promised a refund and certification processing. However, since then, despite multiple follow-ups, we have received neither the refund nor the certification materials.Businesss Efforts to Resolve the Problem:**** Amends initial response included an apology and a promise of a refund and certification, but subsequent follow-ups have resulted in neither a refund nor the promised materials.
