    This place is an absolute disgrace to the service it was designed to serv for both Italian and ******** citizens. The hours of operation are non existent to the public, phones are only answered one hour on particular days of the week. The employees that do answer are extremely rude and complacent of how busy they are and acting as if they are gracing us with their time, while living in a major metropolitan area within *****************. Their website is slow and unhelpful, much like their personnel. Ironically their ******** page has more updates and reflects that the consulate and its employees are too busy doing L.A. social events , than actually working in a productive manner within *****************. They are by far one of the worst consulates in ***************** and should be audited to decide if they are run effectively. The consular general ************************************* is somewhat new to the position but the accountability and arrogance of the organization still remains in place, zero transparency , zero support and its *************** is filled with snarky , nameless cowards who just cant be bothered to answer the phone but disrespect you when they actually do. Its too bad they know their getting away with such abhorrent behavior that cant be captured. In fact, theyre counting on the fact that no one will hold them accountable and theyre practically daring people to call them out. Perhaps if we could put a name to a face , they wouldnt be so arrogant , crass or crude to the general public .
