    This company Consumer First National has not done anything that they said they would do to help restructure a mortgage for me and my family except take over $40k from ** towards mortgage payments to be paid to mortgage once the restructure was complete to show lender our good faith in payment. Consumer First National has completely stopped communicating with me will not take their name off of my mortgage as a third party and have not forwarded the funds to my lender as they stated they would. I am an ******** veteran who has served in 2 separate branches of the Armed Forces I am a service connected disabled veteran who was taken advantage of by this Company during covid-19 I would like for Consumer First National to make good on the money they took from me and my family under false representation and repay me in full for breach of contract this is very unacceptable Consumer rights violation.
