    I was a guest of a co-working space know as The Preserve (formally, and until very recently, Second Home Hollywood) on March 5 of this year. I believe my credit card and close to $100 in cash may have been stolen from my unattended wallet while I was away from my seat. There were a few moments, such as going to the bathroom and getting tea, when my belongings were not in my eyesight. I have never had a probably doing that in the past as it is essentially an office setting. I noticed the next morning when fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card from stores down the road from The Preserve. It was the only place I had been that day. I emailed The Preserve on March 6 to notify them and requested they review their security camera footage. It took them 3 weeks and many times of me following up for them to say we dont have cameras in those areas. But I know that to be patently false as I have seen them and they are in obvious locations. I have had good and helpful experiences with the previous, Second Home, team. But The Preserve team appears to have kicked my request down the road and lied about their intentions to help me after I was most likely robbed on their property. Something feels off as this was a seemingly easy request to ******

    Upon receiving your initial email, we conducted a thorough internal investigation into the matter. Regrettably, we discovered that the areas where your belongings were unattended do not fall under our surveillance coverage. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or confusion regarding our security camera placement.

    While we understand your frustration, please know that the security measures that we have in place have yielded no prior issues from any member. We remain vigilant in preventing similar incidents from occurring in the future.
