      On February 3, 2025 I paid Water and Power Community Credit Union at the direction of ***** ******* **** with the credit union) $2778.08 which included agent fees. She assured me that this is the total amount that I need to redeem my vehicle. I reconfirmed with her several times. Once I paid them and got to the lot they sent me to I was given a bill for $694, however the $2778.08 I paid included a fee of $645 for the agent. ***** assured me everything was included. When I was given the additional bill I called her and she got really nasty and said there was nothing I could do. She refused to give me a refund or to waive the fees. This is despicable that she is a representative of Water and Power Community Credit Union and using deceptive practices to ******* and scam members out of funds. The credit union owes me the agent fee back if I have to pay the agent directly. Please listen to her phone calls with me on Jan 31, 2025 and Feb 3, 2025 and you will hear her assure me that the fees I paid her were the only fees necessary to redeem my vehicle.

      Our Credit Resolution Leadership reviewed and listened to calls placed by the member to our teams. In all instances we heard, the member was repeatedly advised that in order to reinstate the vehicle,all past due payments must be paid, along with repossession fees. The collectors advised the member that storage fees should be paid to the agent directly, but we did not have those costs. The member attempted to make arrangements for the arrearages. The collector advised the member that in order to prevent the vehicle from being transported to auction for sale, the past due payment and late fees, plus repossession fees must be paid in full by noon, Monday 02/03/2025. The member wanted to extend the timeline to the end of week. The collections team reminded the member of his 137 days past due and multiple broken arrangements. A message was left with the member on 02/05/25, but no call back was received.

      We have closed our review with no evidence of incorrect or misleading information being provided to the member.

      I do not have a contract with about Water and Power Community Credit Union. They did NOT provide me with the original contract with my wet signature as requested.

      We are writing to address the credit dispute and validation of debt challenges you recently raised regarding your Consumer accounts with Water and Power Community Credit Union.  Upon conducting thorough research into the matter, we have concluded that the credit reporting on your accounts, specifically your Credit Card ending **8429,Vehicle loan ending **881-0013, and Holiday loan ending **881-0016, is accurate. Our investigation included a review of the relevant loan agreements,which were found to contain your signature, thus validating the debts in question.  In light of our findings, we have mailed a response letter to your address, along with copies of the loan agreements for your reference. We trust that this information will address any concerns you may have regarding the validity of the reported debts.

      I have not received my replacement credit card and have been trying to get it for FOUR months. Every time I call to get it replaced, I reach someone not associated with my bank. I have called twice inquiring about my credit card and it's whereabouts and NO ONE cares to tell me what has happened with it. I get no confirmation number unless I order a rush delivery which costs ME $25? It's absolutely insane. Every time I call to ask, it is supposedly ordered to be sent to me but when I call back because I've received NOTHING apparently there has been no reorder. this bank is complete garbage. NEVER use water and power community credit union.

      On 3/21/23, the member reported fraud on the account. A replacement card was issued to the address on-file. The member contacted us on 7/11/23 to inform us the card was never received. As a courtesy, a replacement card was rushed to the member via overnight mail. It was delivered on 7/13/23.
