    I ordered a custom made display case, paid in full on 7/13/22, $1246.30 thru Pay Pal, transaction #6JM24979SP232601L to Circle Maker Studio, ************************* owner. He also lists a business address at ********************************************** *********** on the internet. I had been in contact with ******************** at his email address: ********************************* He sent me pictures of the display case progress. He said it would take 7-8 weeks to complete last year on July 12, 2022. We went back and forth with its progress, I've tried to work in good faith with his delays, on March 10th of this year, he did not respond to my emails, then he did on March 15th saying: "Hey ****. Sorry, a lot is going on right now. I have your case boxed up, but its in a storage unit, along with the rest of my shop. Ill try and ************** out as soon as I can, but that might be another week or so." That was 50 days ago. I called his business two days ago, I believe the person I talked to was Oiling ***, she said she knew it was completed and in a storage shed, would check on it, and get back to me. I noticed she called me today, but did not leave a message, I was on the phone listening to the BBB prompts at the same time she called. I didn't realize who it was from till after she hung up. She left no message. I called again today, and the business phone mailbox is full, and cannot get in touch with anyone at the business. I am really frustrated, and feel he has taken my money and is being evasive at the very least, thief at the worst. If it is completed and in a storage shed, and I have paid for shipping, nothing adds up. I need help. I have a complete email chain of every conversation from the first contact with ******************** if you need.
