On 2/25, 2025 I placed an order with Red wolf Apparel for a screen printing job ************ prints with 1 text logo in front & 1 logo for a total of 36 garment pieces. I was charged a total amount of $583.00 which was split into 2 Zelle payments & was given a promise date of 1 week. On march 7th the order was picked up by a family member and store assistant only showed 2 of the products. Products looks satisfactory at the time. Later that night I realized that 12 sweaters & 8 shirts were damaged from the front logo. I reached out to the business the next ************** referred me to the owner- ******* ******. I spoke to ******* and we came to a solution, I would take back these damaged garment and there would be a replacement. On march 17th I was organizing the garment when I realized 6 more pieces were damaged. On march 18 the 1st replacement batch was turned in but i communicated that morning that I was going to be dropping off the other 6 damages. The worker was very hostile & did not let me turn in the 6 pieces & referred me to the owner. Later that night i realize that an extra 14 pcs on top of the 6 were damaged. On march 19 I reached out to the owner to explain the issue & the owner blocked me from his phone. I was only able to communicate with the store assistant but was also refusing a solution & mentioned to me that I was going to get charged again for the garment. I tried calling & explaining the situation & had questions on why I had to pay again if it was not my fault the companys painter was doing the job wrong but I was never getting an honest & fair response. On march 25 I go to the store & try to meet with the owner since I was told he would be there but unfortunately he was not & I continue to be blocked so there was no answer. That Same day I asked for the Damages back and the screen print frames which I obtained after a long back and forth disagreement on the topic. I seek full compensation for this.

As customer states, we did agree to a solution. The agreement was to bring back all misprinted items to have replaced. 20 items were replaced. He called a second time for an additional 6 items to be replaced but misprinted items were not brought back to our shop. We only replace items brought back as proof and as exchange. Customer  argued with store saleswoman in a very disrespectful way and was asked to leave. Customer did not honor the agreement and demanded we return all items including misprinted items that were replaced. In an attempt to de-escalate , sales representatives returned all items including two screens that were not paid in full.

Customer may keep all extra items .

RED WOLF APPAREL has never had a complaint with the BBB or any other respected agency.
