    I signed up for a membership in-person. I was told it was just for one month. I was not told the membership would auto-renew. I did not sign any agreement. The first payment for the membership was 5/2/2022. I have not been to this location since 5/2/2022. I have been billed $140 on 5/2/2022, 6/2/2022, 7/2/2022, and 8/2/2022. This business has two telephone numbers listed on their website: ********************************** neither of these numbers work. I have emailed them at the email listed on their website: **************, but I have not heard back. I have messaged them at the instagram listed on their website: *********, but I have not heard back.
    On their website, it says my membership start date was 5/2/2022, and ended 8/2/2022. Again, I was not told my membership was for more than one month. On 8/2/2022, my membership was renewed without my knowledge. I was lied to about the length of my membership, I was not told payments were "autopay", and a membership was renewed without my knowledge. I want a refund for 6/2/2022, 7/2/2022, and 8/2/2022.

    I responded to this consumer on 8/5/22 after the initial reach out from consumer 8/4/22 to explain any misunderstanding there may have been and provide a solution promptly. Before my response in 26 hours or less, she had emailed twice, direct messaged me through our business *********, and filed this complaint with ***. Our memberships are a 3 month commitment which is listed at our front desk, on our website, and in the online contract that I will attach live time examples of. Regardless of this, I refunded her the fourth month auto renew charge 8/2 promptly upon her email also attached in a screenshot, and extended her expiration dates on classes beyond the normal timeline to provide any services she has paid for even though I am not obligated to do so via my officially listed parameters for memberships. I am the sole owner duties including operation, customer service, teaching, equipment set up, web design, cleaning, equipment repair, marketing, scheduling, consulting, custom creation, negotiation, coaching, entertainment booking, accounting, directing, recruiting, graphic design, social media and beyond. Given these duties I set my standard to respond in 48 hours. Below I will attach our entire correspondence with dates, her account charges, my refund, and where all the information is listed in three different ways. I am happy to talk or walk anyone through our system and my interaction with the consumer if there are further questions or doubts. Let me know if anything additional is needed in follow up.
