    First of XLEK has picture of my personal data posted. there is no opt out button anymore since I report I wanted it removed. They sent no email. I have had my previous address for longer than five years and its use has been documented at a court house where they got my old voter registractions. Terms of copyright here in the United States state. https://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-general.html It clearly states works do not have to be registered and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) as first seen in 1998 here https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf I feel my information is copyrighted and has been used to do commerce by me. So in my opinion posting my name and my former address for the purpose of them to make money is quasi-illegal . They are not the only ones that do it but others have removed my data. I also feel they are violating my 14th admendments right see court cases Kelley v Johnson (XXXX) (Privacy zone), Moore v. East Cleveland (XXXX) (Constitution protects the rights of family sanctity), Lawrence v Texas (XXXX) (Right to privacy of personal choices), Roe v Wade (XXXX) (Right of privacy of body). as of right now I am not impressed with the service of any of these data venders to include XLEK.com
