    Date final transaction: January 2025 Trademark was supposed to be filed January 2025 it was not submitted until February 19, 2025 I did a search on the trademark site in January and discovered it had not been submitted. Then notified sales agent ***** he told me it was submitted when he checked, he saw it was not. ***** then got their attorney and started the process in February. This process started to take extremely long and mistakes made and I pointed them out to ***** because I was not allowed to talk to the attorney. When I discovered my slogan was attached to my company name I informed ***** of this mistake and he informed me this is how theyre all set up. I informed ***** that this was not true it needed to be corrected.I called the trademark office directly and spoke with the representative she informed me that anyone could take my business name at this point because of how it was submitted. She told me of two options to correct this and it needed to happen quickly. The first option was to submit an amendment with the correct name **************** and the attorney or judge reviewing will make the determination if this could be corrected at no additional charge. The second option another trademark would have to be filed at the charge of $350. I was surprised by the amount of $350 considering I have paid nearly $2000 for the trademark that I have received because I was told it was a lifetime trademark. The agent informed me that I was not the only customer calling and stating That they had paid for a lifetime trademark by several different companies. She then informed me that theres no such thing as a lifetime trademark that they offer. She explained the different trademarks that they have, but not one of them were lifetime. I would like to Craftive Design Solution to resolve the issue they have Craftive Design Solutions to give me a full refund that I have paid considering that I have to now pay for my trademark in three years with another company,
