    Hello. I purchased luxury pet clothing for my dog on November 25, 2022 and my order cost $250. Once I received the items, I contacted the company to exchange some items because they were too small. They agreed to do the exchange outside of their normal return policy as long as I paid a restocking fee via PayPal. I agreed, paid the restocking fee, and returned the items via **** with a signature confirmation. The return package could not be delivered and they refused to sign for it. I left a bad review on ******* I then reached out to them to return the package to sender and a refund on my restocking fee since they wouldn't sign for the package. They said that due to my bad review they're keeping my restocking fee and won't return to sender. I contacted PayPal to dispute the restocking fee charge and I'm in the process of working with **** to get my package back.I believe this company is doing shady business practices since they sell luxury brand clothing such as ****** Louis ******* and Prada but I do not see their name as authorized resellers on the luxury designer brands websites which means they're selling fake goods. I thought they were real and at a low price but I'm pretty sure it's fake merchandise.Also they're attempting to keep my restocking fee without exchanging the clothing as agreed upon.Please look into this business!!

    The tracking number they sent me was fake and was delivered to a different address and was meant for me at all as confirmed by *********** this morning

    I have been in touch with the company. Apparently I couldn't have the original item that I had been promised and was given the choice out of only 2 outfits, none of which I wanted. I requested another one and was told no that is all they have on hand. Despite what is advertised on their website. All I got told is it's nice, even though that is nothing like I chose. I asked for them to throw in a little backpack or side pack considering now I have to get an item I don't even want and got told they would throw in a red bandana which I definitely do not want. I have been told it's already been dropped off at the post office, which isn't what the post office waits. All is says is the shipper has created a shipping label and now im expected to believe them and play the waiting game. I had to follow up them up again this morning if they are posting an item they had every intention of posting the item that I really don't even want and a bandana that I would not use. I was given more lies saying they are giving me a better product for the trouble which is lie, it is the exact same price on their website as the item I wanted. Please find images of the email where I was not given any choice of item even though it should be my choice and the email that says it was posted but that's not what the post reflects and how the products he is offering me IS CHEAPER THAN THE FREE PRODUCT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR, so I'm not getting a better product for my troubles that was another lie. Can we please proceed I don't wish to wait for the item as I don't believe it will come and it's not a product i even wanted so why should I be forced to accept that ? It's not fair

    Still the package has not been received by the post office. Can you please get me a refund they are not going to send anything and I'm honestly sick of dealing with lies
