    I am having the same problem as the others who left reviews. I have been charged each summer for 4 years now for a service I do not use and I each year I try to cancel through mediapass.com and through the website who uses them for charges (123teachme.com) and neither will respond.There is no way to cancel the service on either website, no login info, and the customer service number for ************************** just keeps directing to a pre-recorded message for me to leave another message and they will get back to me, but they never respond.I will have to cancel my credit card in order to stop this charge from recurring. This is a huge inconvenience and it should be illegal for a company to continue charging you for something you can't easily cancel.

    I've tried contacting this company multiple times both by email and telephone about an unknown monthly charge from them on my credit card that's been going on for almost three years. They never ************ I will have to cancel my card to prevent further charges.
