I have not received a print version of Rolling Stone magazine in over a year. On 3/22/2004, I paid for a lifetime print subscription . I have emailed customer service and received no response and when I called, I was told I was changed to the online version. I did not request an online version nor do I want to read a on line version. When looking at my account today, it appears someone cancelled my 624 issue print subscription to 36 issues. I did not authorize this and still have no print magazine mailed to me.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to Rolling Stone a year ago. I unsubscribed pretty soon thereafter. I don't believe I'm still getting charged, but I have requested to be unsubscribed from their emails about a hundred times literally. All of the emails on the website for *** are no longer in service.I have also contacted Rolling Stone's customer service to no avail. I believe this is legal for them to continue contacting me despite my requests. And they're privacy policy says so. Leave me alone!Initial Complaint

I have had an email subscription to Penske Media's publication Deadline for many years. Every day I get a number of articles about film industry news originating from the email address ************************* Recently everything from that address is being dumped as spam. My email service is with *********. I have spent hours on the phone with *********'s tech support trying to resolve this issue, and they insist the problem is on the sender side, but there is no way to reach customer support at either Deadline or ********************************************* to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

RE: Fraud Digital Rolling Stone Charge 12/21 Order - No Confirmation/Response I placed call to Rolling Stone magazine on Saturday, 12/21 to place Digital Only gift order.The agent I spoke to seemed unsure of how to place a Digital Only subscription for my grandson. Finally, all completed she gave a ***** me frame for the order to be processed. This including my ************ credit card. The amount $******** date today, Tuesday 12/25, I **** have not received any Order Confirmation or any follow up communicaIon from Rolling Stone.Two phone calls, and two emails - no confirmation that my order has been placed. Neither to myself or my gift recipient. 2/5/24 I got a charge on my debit card from Rolling Stone magazine. I did not subscribe to any of their services, I do not want their magazines, and I have emailed them back and forth and they claim they cannot locate my charge and are not refunding me. All I want is my money back.Initial Complaint

Last year (August 2022), I was charged $139.95 via auto renewal. It seemed excessive but I did not say anything as I thought it was for my usual two year renewal. This year (August 2023), I was charged $****** - for ONE year, showing that last year's charge was for one year (not two)... and that something fishy has been going on. Your advertised price is $*****/year. So, in the last two years, I have been charged for FIVE YEARS worth of issues. Youve effectively charged me $150/year for two years' worth of print issues. Shame on you.When I pointed this out to customer service last week, I was told I would get a refund for the difference (****** - *****) for THIS year (and then only because I said something) but nothing for last year's overcharge. RS has been one of the few constants in my life for *20 years* but this is, at the least, a gross betrayal of trust and, at the most, fraud and false advertising. As there has been no move to correct this, today, I cancelled my subscription. I will miss the reporting but no one is helping me with this very obvious (and actually very easy to solve) problem. Since I am no longer a subscriber, you owe me a full refund of $****** for this year's charge and $80.07 ($139.95 - *****) for last year's overcharge. A check for $240.02 is fine as you are no longer trusted with my credit card info.(I have documentation for everything, including the dismissive customer service response)Initial Complaint

Penske Media Corporation handles email distribution for *************. I never subscribed to the ************* emails. Somehow Penske Media Corporation obtained my personal information and began sending me unsolicited emails. I unsubscribed using the unsubscribe links in the emails, yet I continue to receive these unsolicited emails. Attached is an example email. According to the **** website, I should be able to upgrade my lower value ticket for a higher value ticket. I paid $239 for a Weekend GA+ Tier 1 ticket and I would like to upgrade to a $399 Single Day VIP ticket, a higher value ticket. I've been informed I cannot do so, despite their website stating otherwise. All I want is an exchange/upgrade to the higher value ticket and to pay the difference. I dropped the truck off September 29th November 3rd penske took out of my credit card for toll invoice station they should not have done that they should have closed my credit card upon returning the truck the ******* department of toll roads have been sending me my invoices and I've been paying them and paying them why would penske take out That should be against the law once you return something your credit card should be closed or the invoice should have been mailed directly to me when they received it they took it upon themselves to pay it now now when the toll comes in I will have to pay it again I would like them to mail me a receipt state and they paid the toll or put my money back in the bank and close my credit card which which I already did on my credit card so they can't get in it no more more but that should be illegal eagle I want documentation imitation stating that's what they did with that $58 somethingBusiness Response
