    Recently I uploaded a video of my cousin singing to my ******* **** *****. Im a single mother had my ******* channel successfully for over ten years. Now I have someone from this company fraudulently claiming his video rights belong to them. Which is not legal. They do not own it. They keep flagging and lying to *******. I tend to make rent with my ******* money my son and I are now almost because of this companies false claims

    Subject: Request for Assistance Regarding Contract Termination Dispute with Viral Snare Dear Better Business Bureau of California,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a contractual dispute with Viral Snare, a company based in **********. On November 9, 2023, I entered into an agreement with Viral Snare whereby they were granted rights to use my videos for promotional purposes. Since November, I have diligently attempted to terminate this contract. I have sent them more than four unanswered requests asking for assistance in terminating the agreement or guidance on the termination process.Despite my repeated attempts to communicate directly with Viral Snare, they have chosen not to respond to any of my requests. This lack of response has left me without any clear path to resolve this matter independently.I kindly request your intervention to help facilitate the termination of my contract with Viral Snare.     I submitted a video I thought I had rights too, but it wasnt my camera and the owner of the camera didnt want it submitted to ******* or any huge media companies. I consulted this with the marketer that wanted my video and he said my submission was in process for cancellation but yet the video has been up on their ******* page for two weeks and they wont respond back to me! I dont know if I should get a legal team because the video shows the owners driveway and cars and now doesnt feel safe. I have all the messages between me and the marketer about it not being my video and that it violates the owner of the cameras rights! And still no response.
