They dont pay the employees. There are over 15 people the last 2 years that I know of that didnt get paid. This is a money grab for them. They dont care about the people. Horrible business.

Way overzealous and inappropriate security resulted in feeling like we were stuck on a boat prison and completely killed the vibe. This was especially shocking and disappointing for the price we paid ($***/person for "VIP" status). Two examples: (1) They insisted on semi-formal or cocktail attire and threatened to turn anyone away who didn't meet the dress code, so most of the women were in heels. However, there was very minimal seating on the boat and the women were threatened with being ejected from the boat if they leaned on anything or took off their heels. I've never been so accosted about how I stood or where I stood. (2) My fianc attempted to talk to a guy that came solo and invite him to hang with us. He happened to do this while the solo guy was at the front of a food line. A huge security dude inserted himself as a human shield between my fianc and the solo dude as they talked and proceeded to physically push my fianc. (Apparently there's no talking, they told him. What?!?!) My fianc explained that he was simply inviting the solo dude to join us and asked the security guy to stop touching him. Next thing you know, they have a big dude standing three feet from my fianc, following him wherever he goes and staring him down before they finally pull him aside. They allege that he threatened the security guard, which he denies. Eventually, after they make a big scene, they release him again but with surveillance. What a fun party folks! Make sure you don't lean on anything, take off your heels for a resbit, or attempt to talk to anyone else -- security will come get you!

    Less egregious but also noteworthy:
    (a) Bar lines were insanely long and drinks were weak and overpriced.
    (b) VIP was meaningless since there was no separate seating or skipping to the front of food or drinks lines.
    (c) Awful DJ and music.
    (d) We basically just left the *********** and spun in a circle. It would be a stretch to call this a "cruise".
