I've never had anything to do with this company, yet they are charging recurring charges of $59.99 on two of my Citibank credit cards. I have not entered a store, entered any contest, nothing. Even after disputing the charges, canceling my cards and ordered new ones, they are attempting to charge my card yet again! I don't know how they fraudulently obtained by card info, but this needs to stop. Based on reviews I've read on this site and others, I will not be contacting the number provided on the statement. Beware! Only use the dispute process with your bank.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I always check my bank account on a regular basis. I found a charge for CrossFit Boost who I never heard of I called the contact number and talked with a representative who asked me for extensive information and when I would not give it to her she got mad. She then started saying that I gave my card to someone else and they used it and I told her no. She then hung up on me, I tried calling back and it just rang. Please investigate this fraudulent company.. beware it starts as a small change to see if it will go through. ******

I keep getting attempts to fraudulently charge my Venmo card $59.99 every few days but luckily it has been declined because I always keep my balance at zero. I was forced to cancel my card and get a new one. Luckily they only took $1 before I noticed the attempted charges. Beware!!!

They impersonated a small local business where I was a customer, that was holding a contest and announced that I was the winner but I had to fill out the information to confirm I was notified. This turned out to be a scam and now they just put a charge of $29.99 monthly fee claiming to be an online gaming company on my charge card. The phone number is never answered. There's no way to get hold of them.

I entered my information for a 5 day trial, I abruptly cancelled it. For the last 3 months i have been charged $24.99. I never received an email, despite getting an email of a cancelled membership. It took me 20 minutes on hold to reach someone. They are only getting one star because you had to put a rating.

I recently entered a contest on Instagram to win a free nights' stay at a hotel in *****. I was contacted by an account impersonating the account doing the giveaway to let me know I had won. I was given a link and was instructed to fill out some info online, including a credit card number that I was told was necessary for "tax reporting purposes". This ended up leading me to Crossfit Boost, based out of ********** where the link was to subscribe me to a monthly subscription in the amount of $59.99. I was able to block my credit card but they DID attempt to run the amount. I sent an email to let them know this was happening (I'm sure they know), bit the email address bounced back and the phone number does not work. I find it VERY sketchy that a **********-based Crossfit company is LYING to folks online to mislead them into signing up for a monthly subscription. They are essentially playing on people's hopes, then scamming them out of money.
